Why is it so cold?!
Food was fine, but turn on the heat! We sat in our jackets and were still freezing! Honestly, no hyperbole... I think the only heat was what was coming from the fryers and grill.
Not stopping there again.

Ordered a mama burger and it wasn't cooked...still red on the middle. Asked for a new one. Second one came out the same way. Trying to food poison me? GROSS! They did give me a refund but what happened to offering a quality product?

I thought I'd try this place after not doing so for many years. It is conveniently located near Highway 11, a Circle K gas station, and Tim Hortons.
The burger was just ok and I didn't like the fries. I will continue to go to the Harvey's across the street.
I hear they serve a good breakfast but I've never tried it.

Vegetarian options: I love their beyond meat burger, out of all the vegetarian burgers I've tried around theirs is the best.
Food was ok, but we stopped going here because the sevice was a bit slow, but most important, the place was dirty. All the tables had slop on them, bathroom was too dirty to use. We drive to the next A&W down the hwy.

Marie at this Huntsville A&W is THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE person by far. She’s always there, she’s kind and pleasant, always gets everything right, and is the common sense that we lack in every day society these days. Please clone her so she can have a much needed day off but I don’t have to suffer when I drive through with anyone else. Also love the new Masala veggie burger 🍔 please don’t ever cancel it.
