I came to Drive thru,, ordered 1 piri piri potatoe and 1 piri piri chicken burger,, it tasted awful because of old and bitter onions,, chicken was cold and dry ,, ,, wasted my money and break time on this ,, would not recommend.

The meat patty tasted old and chicken strips weren’t as good as other locations it’s stale and has a weird
It’s the better fast food joint.The cashier was super kind to my 5 year old who was having a day. She gave her root beer lollipops and let her pick candy canes off the tree. It really helped mitigate a frustrating shopping outing.

Dirty. Unkempt. No supplies like napkins or ketchup. Sticky floors. Bathrooms leaking. Food was kept to long in the warmers so everything tasted stale. Worst A&W I think I've been to. The franchisor needs to step in.Update: stopped again to see if my last experience was an anomaly. This time was worse. Staff were completely miserable. Choosing a different stop next time. Sorry A&W, I'm a big fan but this location needs an intervention ASAP.
