Not a vegan place but most of their cakes/scones were vegan and several vegan ice cream options too. The cakes were so good! We loved the hot drinks and grabbing a sweet treat to eat on the docks. We visited so many times during our week stay and the staff were so lovely

Not a bad spot, but thrown by the lack of transparency with pricing. Any specialty drink (latte, matcha, iced coffee, etc) was $9.50+, and you would only find that out once you were presented with the machine to pay. It was only awkwardness & not wanting to inconvenience the baristas (who had already started our drinks) that made us follow through with the order.
The slogan “be nice or leave” I also found offputting before we even ordered anything. Sure, I agree with the concept, but having it on every piece of store merch feels needlessly hostile.
Anyway, not a spot for me! I prefer a cozier place with a more homey feel and prices listed on the menu so I can make fully informed choices about my purchase.

Too pricey for nothing special. On top of that, try to get tips for serving just a scoop of gelato. Tim Hortons employees work very hard to make sandwiches or other food. Their payment system never prompts for tips when you are paying. The owner should pay the employees well enough, as you charge high prices for food.

Prepare for sticker shock. Gelato is good, rest of food is okay, but prices are insane and not upfront about it. Only price listed is gelato at $6 a scoop. Today, latte plus bun, $18!

Came here for the gelato and the pastries, and they delivered! Their selection of gelato changes regularly, with varied flavours that were all delightful. They were happy to let us sample until we were sure of what flavour we got, and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! Their pastries are buttery and flaky, and the coffee was refreshing. We went on Wednesday and just had to come back on Friday because we couldn't stop thinking about the gelato. Definitely will stop by when in the area!
