Belly ice cream is the best ice cream in the entire world. The Wild Blueberry Cheesecake changed my life. Many years ago at a small ice cream shop in Gravenhurst they had a peach cobbler flavour that was also out of this world!

Belly has a great assortment of very delicious flavours, the young girl at the counter let me try a couple and each time my mind was blown. The quality of there product here is to me far more superior then other ice cream companies such as Kawartha, Shaws, Etc. Not to mention the impeccable customer service, the girl and I had a lovely chat as she scooped my my ice cream and I felt very welcomed and appreciated for my patronage throughout my entire visit. When I first walked in, she greeted me with a welcoming hello and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Overall, the service here is fast, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and frankly they have some really good made in house ice cream that I already know I will be back for very soon!

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this ice cream shop. The staff was extremely rude and seemed irritated from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, no smile, and her attitude made us feel very unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the product, and sadly, this place failed on that front. I won’t be returning.
