If I could give a negative rating for food I would. Chicken burger was dried out and thin like eating leather. I took one bite and it went in the garbage. What a waste of money & time waiting in drive through with zero other cars.

Whites and 401 location ... Awful service from the "manager" ... No customer service.. no smile .. not pleasant ... Seemed perturbed that there were actual customers ... Asked for the sandwich to be cut in half .. told us to do it ourselves ... Restaurant dirty .. chairs and tables .. washroom disgusting.. smelly .. will not go there again !

Happy to see that there’s finally a Burger King in Huntsville. The food is made fresh n the customer service is really good, but the service is waaaaaaay to slow! I noticed they complete each order in the drive thru before taking the next order, so you’ll literally be waiting a while just to get your order taken. They need more workers!

Did not give me what I ordered and when I went back they gave me what looked like someone eat all around the edges and was cold! I am never ever going to eat there anymore ? my husband got and upset stomach and I was sick to my stomach! What happened to good food and pride? This is so unbelievable I use to love Burger King ? 1st a Double Cheese Burger use to have 2 cheese and 2 Patty's not now 1 cheese . If you look it up on Google it tells you what is to be on it. But each restaurant has there own interpretation. Understandable!!!

Only indoor seats and so beautiful place to stop for fast food. If there was outdoor seats... Drive safely. Lots of parking

I'm very confused.When you order something without lettuce,tomato and pickles but just the condiments why does that mean you have to slather on a half jar of each and not just the normal amount that you would put on if you had gotten lettuce tomato etc?I'm fine with regular amount and don't feel I need my money's worth.Ended up throwing out half my burger because I'm trying to eat with one hand and other is in a cast .Insane .

The service is really slow here even when the parking lot is empty, and something is wrong with my order every time I come to this location. My drink is diet instead of regular, my pie is missing, etc. The food is good but it’s not worth the hassle of trying to get it.
