Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Very, very noisy inside. Went out on patio, ok, if you like next to parking lot.
Server was nice, friendly, took our order but wai40 minutes for food.
Had wings and ribs, good portions and tasted great. My wife had a very nice large salad. Overall satisfied except for long wait for food.
Price was excellent, less than $50 including a beer.

I really enjoyed the food here – it was tasty and definitely worth 4 stars. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. Our server never refilled drinks, even when they were empty and we were trying to get his attention. There was no quality check during the meal, he only came to take the order and then again to drop off the check. For this reason, I’d give zero stars for service. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously, because the food is great but the experience gets ruined by poor service.

The hostess berated me for showing up when they were busy. I went to McDonalds instead. I‘lol never go back to the Huntsville branch.

We’ve been to Chucks about half a dozen times. Usually they are prompt and it feels very homie. Today was our first poor experience. We entered and normally sit at the bar. Two tables were empty and needed cleaning. A waiter asked us if we wanted to sit in a booth. We said no we’d prefer the bar. He said he would have to ask? Then a waitress came out and walked up without saying a word. We asked if we could have one of the tables that still had plates. “You’ll have to wait.” Well yes, I think we’d prefer the table clean. We’re not demanding folks, and hell, the tables needed to be cleaned at some point anyway. Sat down, took excessively long for a salad. Main course came out with fries not mashed. Waitress left the plate and said she would correct it. Mashed never came. Ribs were cold. I still really like the place just a poor experience considering we look forward to coming.

Visited Huntsville this past weekend and ate at Chucks Roadhouse every evening. Our waiter was attentive, funny and provided great service! Excellent food selection, prices were great and the food was amazing! Excellent portion sizes giving you more bang for your buck! Will definitely be returning when I go back to Huntsville!

My wife and I went to eat dinner at this Restaurant and the food was very good. I had the steak, lobster and baked potato. The price is surprisingly low compared to other restaurants specially in US. We were seated quickly and the service was fast.
