Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill

I've been frequenting this place for the last couple of weeks. The beer is really cheap, like $4 a pint cheap. But I don't like the battered wings and they don't do them naked. And I don't like the $9 hamburger and fries meal, the meat had no flavor. So it's experiment time to find a meal to have with my beer.

Ordered some streaks. Little overcooked bit still good. Service was not bad considering how busy it was for a hockey night. Will return.

The porterhouse was incredible one of the best I have ever eaten

Service was bad, server basically ignored us. Burger was hot, fries cold. Sent them back and got return plate with 50% less fries?

My friends and I had a great time at this establishment. Nate and Ella were so friendly . Nate on his first day, did a wonderful job in taking care of us . Delicious food , I also enjoyed the half-price appetizers. Loved the atmosphere , food, and service.

We were in Huntsville a week ago, and decided to try Chuck's. Unfortunately, They left us waiting at the door. They saw us and said they were coming, but they didn't. It wasn't that they were super busy, but it more that they were extremely laid back. So we left and and at a place besides Chuck's that served texmex food.

All I have to say is, if there is a zero star, I will choose it. It’s our first time here and we are totally disappointed with the food and service.

First, we sit at table for more than 40 mins, we are sure, we checked the time, to get our terrible food. People came after us who was sitting near us get their food before us.

Second, the waiter is overly confident. She came here and ordered for six of us but not wrote any thing down and left, the end up with missing 3 items.

Third, one of us ordered a medium steak, and they bring a well done steak, and for the second time, they bring an almost rare steak. Then another of our friend order a medium rare steak and get a medium steak with burnt bacon around it . The third person get a totally burnt rib. The last person found a hair in the fries while he is eating. The pasta is like frozen food from Walmart.

I can not imagine how the restaurant can still open with this kind of service and food quality. There is no right communication between the server and the kitchen.

The manager is here but he solved not even one problem. I think I will call the food safety department to check this place.

I'm extremely frustrated with our experience at Chuck's Huntsville. We waited nearly an hour for our orders, only to be served cold food—steaks, burgers, pasta, all of it. To make matters worse, our orders were incomplete! The server was overly confident in memorizing our requests but ended up missing three items. Instead of apologizing, she just told us to wait another 30 minutes. This was supposed to be a celebration, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment.
