Americano was perfection- smooth, creamy and delicate. Croissants were buttery and not overly sweet. Beautiful cafe, will absolutely be back.

Tried the cold coffee slush and it was interesting. Worth a try! The iced latte was decent. They didn't have straws so the vanilla syrop stayed on the bottom and ice hit the teeth while drinking the latte.

Service is great, croissants are on par with (most) of Europe, and the Cappucino is the best you will find in maybe Ontario, VERY much like the Cappucino I had in Italy, in both Florence and Rome.

Totally agree with those who gave this coffee shop just one star. The barista (who might also be the owner) was quite strange. We visited the cafe yesterday morning, and there was no greeting—not even a simple "Good morning."

Since it was my first time there, I didn't realize I had to order at the counter, so I sat at a table and waited. About five minutes later, I noticed the barista and another woman, who was repeatedly wiping down a desk, chatting with each other about an event. Neither of them seemed to acknowledge my presence.

Finally, I went to the counter and asked if I should order there or at the table. After that, I placed my order and got my coffee, but the whole experience felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. They didn't seem to care about their customers at all. Why run a business if you treat people like that?

Oddly enough, before entering the shop, a local guy was really nice and warm. He offered help when he saw me looking for the parking signs and kindly told me the space allowed for three hours of free parking. What a contrast!

Parking: Free street parking right in front of the shop; 3-Hour free parking opposite the street.
