This is a family style buffet, mainly catered to children. The service was slow, and they tried to give us high tables on arrival when regular tables were available. The quality of food was good. The adult food section had nice choices. Everything was carb heavy with very little choice in vegetables. For a resort of this caliber and the price, I expected better variety and thoughtfulness - not fries, buttered noodles, and mac & cheese.

Went for dinner and it was not your typical buffet. Smaller selection of food but everything was great. They have definitely focused on quality food over quantity. Constantly replenishing everything and keeping food fresh. Services was also great and we were seated next to the window so our view was beautiful. Only thing is, the space is tight for the amount of people and tables which made it hard to get up to get food. Could have been the fact that is was the long weekend though.

On a positive note the manager was amazing and came up to ask us how our meal was. She also went above and beyond to take a nice photo of my family. The food was ‘good'. Not amazing, but good. I did see multiple people using their hands to grab marshmallows even though there was tongs to do so. Gross. On another note, the waitress was not very nice and rude to my family. When it came time for the bill she told us to tell her what children were part of each family so she could do the bills properly. My brother-in-law started to explain the 3 different families and ages of the children for her and when my mom (who is in her 70's) tried to tell her it was just herself and my dad she spoke very firmly and said ‘I cannot have more than 1 person telling me this information at the same time!' My mom was embarrassed and felt scolded. I then heard my brother in law was scolded too with her saying something like: ‘No, I need to know this specifically!' As she spoke firmly to him he went red in the face and felt embarrassed as well. When I had tried to chime in who was in my family she said ‘ one person has to tell me not multiple people!' Woah. She was so so rude and made us all feel awful. We were scared to ask her for anything else even though my family wanted coffee and tea after the bill came. She was so flustered and handled it so unprofessionally.

Our server, Alex was fantastic. Super friendly and attentive. Food was exceptional; we wondered about it being served ‘buffet style” however it was hot, fresh snd the prime rib was perfect. Great rebranding of Eclipse. Love the Drift decor.

Not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews. Other than being a touch on the pricy side (at a resort so I kind of expect that), my girlfriend and I both enjoyed our meals, loved sitting on the patio overlooking the resort, and had great service.
This place was nothing that we expected. There is misleading information on booking when you call a place a Restaurant vs a place that is just a Buffet! I could not even cancel the reservation in the morning when I realized from other Google reviews that it is not that great. Over charged for the quality of the food and the noise level was terrible. We did not enjoy it at all. Please remove Restaurant form the title of this place to avoid future disappointment.

From the moment we arrived, we encountered a number if issues, from waiting over 29 min for a table, to waiting again for almost 40 min for a drink. In addition, the food we had, was very inconsistent. (Different cuts of beef for a prime rib buffet.) We had chosen your restaurant expecting a pleasant meal and good service, but what we experienced left us disappointed and frustrated. While I understand that no business is perfect and that mistakes can happen, the overall quality of this visit suggests more than an isolated incident.
