We found this place on Google search. Spent close to $100 on lunch for 4 pax. Gangnam Korea has a fast food vibe set up but with a sit down restaurant pricing. The spicy pork was nice. However the rest of the dishes were sub par. The Bulgogi beef was quite stringy and the Japchae noodles was a tad too oily.

Could there possibly be anymore gristle/garbage in the boneless chicken? 4 bites in a row the texture and flavour were completely thrown off by biting into gristle, completely threw me off and ended up being unable to eat a large portion of chicken. Fried rice and dumplings were good. It is such a shame that eating the chicken is like defusing a bomb, having to examine and carefully bite into it to avoid chipping a tooth or biting into cartilage.

We had the gangnam half chicken and Japchae app. The chicken came out hot and tasty. The sauce is great; sweet and sticky, hint of spice. We wished we had ordered spicy to get more. The Japchae was also great; savory, beefy, well seasoned. As sides, we loved the pickled Radish but the kimchi was bland. The staff were friendly and I was very impressed by the demeanor of who I assume is the owner/manager.

The food was just okay, but the portion was decent for the price. They also have a variety of extra sauces, but the chickens were already flavorful that I don’t recommend to use any of the sauce. This is a self-serving fast food style place, but the cooking time was about 10 times slower than fast food style. Since it is self-serving, eating area was not very clean as you have others’ spill, left-over junks on the table.

We ordered some takeaways for food and drinks. They missed out a dish from my meal. For the boba drinks, they didn’t put any extra popping we ordered for any of the drinks. We paid everything upfront though. Overall, the food we had is not bad, but the missing dishes from the order really take off the marks.

Busy place. Not alot of sitting space but food was good. Workers were nice and friendly. Portions was 👍 . We tried Gamjatang 👍 not as spicy as we're use to but still good. Topoki 👍 Corndog half and half 👍 love the cheese and the crunchy breading Japchae is okay Katsudon 👍
