We got the chicken sandwich and both tasted like they had been cooked in day old french fry oil. Not the first time so I guess that's standard and means no more chicken for us.
In fairness the place was very clean and staff are friendly.

Completely unfriendly staff. This is the Harvey's/ Swiss Chalet in Huntsville. I went there for a quarter chicken and fries. I wanted the Harvey's fries as the other ones didn't travel well. And truth being told, I just don't like them. I was very well prepared to pay for them but was told that I could not substitute the fries. I told them all that I want was chicken from Swiss and fries from Harvey's. I told the lady the I know that I would have to pay for two separate things. She went on for 10 minutes about how it can't be done. I never raised my voice I was always nice and calm. Customer Service does not exists at this locatom.

Ordered : -junior cheese burger with lettuce mayo and BBQ; came out with lettuce, pickle, onion and mustard -Double burger with bacon ketchup and mustard; came out with no bacon, cheese, lettuce, BBQ and mayo.
So disappointing.
