Completely unfriendly staff. This is the Harvey's/ Swiss Chalet in Huntsville. I went there for a quarter chicken and fries. I wanted the Harvey's fries as the other ones didn't travel well. And truth being told, I just don't like them. I was very well prepared to pay for them but was told that I could not substitute the fries. I told them all that I want was chicken from Swiss and fries from Harvey's. I told the lady the I know that I would have to pay for two separate things. She went on for 10 minutes about how it can't be done. I never raised my voice I was always nice and calm. Customer Service does not exists at this locatom.

Ordered : -junior cheese burger with lettuce mayo and BBQ; came out with lettuce, pickle, onion and mustard -Double burger with bacon ketchup and mustard; came out with no bacon, cheese, lettuce, BBQ and mayo.
So disappointing.

What a great experience tonight! Went in to grab some dinner. Had a great conversation with the Gentleman behind the cash. He was so nice and friendly, made my night chatting with him! All the ladies were smiley and bubbly too! Thank you for making the experience a 5 star!!!

I visited this place with my friends. The employees were on point and very nice and courteous. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great- Worth the wait.
During the recent visit to muskoka all of us where really tired and had to refresh and recharge ourself so we tried harveys . The food and service where exceptional they always greated and treated us ver well . I tried choclate shake which was very tasty has a very good parking space and dining space so that we can relax and have the food . The store is kept clean and tidy
