Tried ordering on-line both through the website and then the app. Something technical is wrong with their on-line order system and could not place an order. Tried calling, no answer.Drove to the Huntsville store to try and place an order. Showed the girl working the till the issue with the website. (btw not a single other customer was present, place looked closed when i pulled in) She tells me there is nothing she can do other than give me the same order for nearly twice the price as on-line.I've been a frequent flyer to this store with nothing but good things to say in the past. But it seems they've lost their way or are under new management. I did not recognize the staff member I spoke to.When does Popeyes open?

We ordered a 4 peace box meal and received 4 burned over cooked pieces of a small chicken and a small fry no popcorn chicken or the side. It seemed the young lady serving and the person in back had more important things to do than serve the customer. I usually get kfc once or twice a week but will no longer be stopping here. Date visited March 28, 2024 @ 5:30. Terrible service and Food

Both employees on duty were clearly in the middle of their training videos, and it took well over 20 minutes for a very simple order. Ordered spicy popcorn chicken, was given unseasoned, almost undercooked chicken. I also noticed in Stuart Moore’s review he complained about the employees’ lack of English, but he had several spelling mistakes himself.

Parking lot is wet and cold full of pot holes. The outer look is pretty run down. This inside is bright clean tidy. The staff are nice a little under in the English department. Pretty fast pace environment. Always a fun meal. Not a every meal place. I bit dissatisfied I use to look forward to old KFC. Wish it would upgrade ..we miss you KFCParking: Pot holes and water it's really a offroad look.Right on a busy town road. Big space ..area ?Kid-friendliness: Chairs and plenty space a good music station is playing ?. Single use washroom.

Good KFC Chicken is hard to come by these days like it used to be. We have purchased sporadically a bucket of KFC Chicken at this location for many years and it has always been great. Today we picked up another bucket to take home (1.5 hour drive). It was pretty good. The quality of the chicken itself was not perfect, and perhaps been in the deep fryer a few seconds too long, but all in all, pretty good and not greasy. We will be back.

The most stupid restaurant I have ever been to. It should be open in 11 am but I and a old couple waited until 11:20am. Most funny thing is that I just drunk a can from metro, but the Indian fat female staff said she saw from video camera that I drunk alcohol. Just because I sit here for an hour. So stupid. And BTW, Huntsville this town, even the whole Muskoka feels like in the last century. People are very stubborn and ignorant. Sorry I don’t want to offend anyone but that is the truth. If you want to travel, don’t come, pls. Actually no one really welcomes you. Like the sculpture in Bible, fools stay with fools

3 years between visits and yesterday will be the last. The food is just plain gross. The chicken was dripping with grease which made the coating into a disgusting mush. Of course, we didn't find out until we were already at home with our $45.00 pile of garbage. Not sure I will ever visit a KFC again, but I know for a certainty, KFC Huntsville will never again be a choice of ours.
