I recently had the pleasure of dining at Marigold huntsville , and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a delightful evening. The decor was vibrant, adorned with traditional Indian art and soft lighting that created a cozy ambiance.

The menu was extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes that showcased the rich flavors of Indian cuisine. I started with some samosas, which were perfectly crispy and filled with a savory mixture of potatoes and spices. For the main course, I opted for butter chicken, which was creamy and full of flavor, paired with fragrant basmati rice and garlic naan that was soft and delicious.

The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations. To finish off the meal, I couldn't resist trying the mango lassi, which was refreshing and the perfect way to balance the spices. Overall, my experience at the restaurant was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian food in a welcoming environment.
I wanted to eat chicken lollipops but it was not on menu , however staff fulfilled my special wish by making custom dish specifically for me.

Tried the goat curry with onion salad. Yummy!
The rotis were thin and light. Closer to the goat curries that you get in India. Good comfort meal on a cold winter evening

Price to quantity ratio is not good enough. My friend and I were the only 2 customers at the restaurant. The staff should be trained, the lady asked us to wait for 20-30 minutes and we did not have any problem with that but when she finally came to take our order, she didn't give attention to us, ran off midway to take a phone order while we were still speaking and started attending another group who stepped in. She didn't even apologize on top of that.

It's understandable if you're short on staff but courtesy and basic etiquettes shouldn't be ignored.

One of the wierdest restaurant i have ever visted. Never got the chance to try food since there was none.
Went there 3 different time in the day and they said they are still preparing and will take 2 hours.
In the evening its acceptable when they are transitioning from lunch to dinner but in the morning when the restaurant just opened they had no food

I recently dined at Marigold Unique Flavour (Indian-Thai-Indo Chinese) and had a deeply disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the head server/manager was rude and unwelcoming. There was no friendliness or basic courtesy extended, making us feel uncomfortable right from the start.

The service was extremely poor. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, we still weren’t provided with plates or water, which should have been basic. When we asked for these, the staff seemed indifferent, showing a lack of attention to basic dining needs.

To make matters worse, the server informed us that we couldn’t order extra bread or additional items later in the meal, as she couldn’t guarantee when they would be served, despite the restaurant not being busy. This level of inflexibility and indifference was shocking.

The food itself was subpar. We brought up the issue with the mojito drink, as it tasted completely off, but the server showed no concern or interest in resolving the issue. Overall, the poor service, rude staff, and lackluster food made this a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend Marigold Unique Flavour to anyone looking for quality service or a decent meal.

Was one of the very few restaurants in town. The waiting time was very long. Staff were good. Food was average with lots of area to improve. Might be the rush, affecting service and quality of food. The Lamb Rogan Josh was quite good though and recommended. Has a lot of potential, but overall experience was just okay. You'll need to be patient with them.

Vegetarian options: Few options.

Parking: Very few street parking available, though another free roadside parking is available near the Library, back to the building by the bank.

Kid-friendliness: Wait times make it not so kid friendly

We stopped there on a road trip. Their food tasted good, we ordered Karahi chicken, plain rice, chicken kabab box, noodles, papdi chat. We specifically requested to put least spices in noodles but yet it was very spicy and our little one who chose it couldn’t eat it.
Food quantity and ambience were good.
