It's a McDonald's. Not the best, not the worst. The parking lot and drive thru are not easy to navigate. If you have a bigger vehicle or a camper and you need your fix, go to the Walmart next to Hwy 11.

24/7 they claim. The service is clownish. These people arenāt doing their jobs properly, at 1am you can see an entire crowd of employees all sitting on the countertops through the window. They give out decaf coffee at night when you order coffee but they donāt tell you. Twice now theyāve given me old cold food, so this time I handed them back the food and said keep the money Iām never coming back. Honestly it feels like they hate and resent me.

Ordered through the drive-thru on a Sunday afternoon. A quarter cheese and a bigmac meal. I pay, and get to the food window. I get my drink and am told to pull ahead, for the 5th time in a row. I donāt go here often. Maybe once a week if I stop for a morning coffee. I assumed they were cooking a fresh patty for the quarter pounder. After receiving our food, we got 2 cold burgers and some stale fries. Itās not like itās even cheap to eat here anymore or I wouldnāt really care.
And I worked at the Bracebridge location for 3 years through highschool. Itās not rocket science

Waited 10-15 mins needed coffee and got fries lateā¦ donāt mind the wait but the fries were cold and hard, no excuse for this. Lady was nice but whoever was taking the order was getting frustrated but heās the one who wasnāt listening - I was speaking loud and clear.
