I was waiting in the 'order not ready yet parking' and after receiving my order the manager came out and told me to move. I was on a short break from work and by the time I moved and re-parked I was eating cold food. As I need a receipt for my meals staff at the first window told me it would be in my bag, but it was not. Prior to moving my car, I asked the manager for a receipt as I did not get one. He said, once I moved, he would bring it to me; he did not. Manager was very demanding and rude!

Came through drive through ordered pancakes for myself and for my child I usually wouldn’t complain but my pancakes are still cold and partly frozen I didn’t have time to go back so just stopped somewhere else along the way
