I ordered far in advance online for pick up at 4:10 today. I left the store with my order at 4:30. And not even an apology for my order being 20 minutes late. Terrible customer service!

As far as pizza places go the atmospheres amazing, Plenty of table seating and a waiting area with Muskoka chairs.
Pizza's pretty, good 8 out of 10, considering the price.
Service was good though a bit of a misunderstanding with offers, if you get a text message with a discount, you have to call the global phone number to activate them.

I had to call to get them to put the bathroom door back on the hinges, and then I found out they were overcharging me on purpose. They will not give you the 'pick up special' price unless you ask, it's a scam resulting in you paying nearly 50% more. Corporate offered to refund me $3 for stealing from me countless times. This place is unCanadian.

For the first time I went to this location to order a pizza. I asked for medium size and she shows me the middle tray as the size of the pizza. I said give me a large one. I paid and waited for my pizza. Then I received a medium size pizza. I said what is the tray for large? And again she showed me the middle tray ( there was just 3 size of trays on counter top). I got the pizza and went out because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. But this is not right in so many levels. My first and last visit of this location.

We were camping nearby and came to Pizzaville for dinner. We ordered large veggie pizza and the cashier suggested super hot veggie pizza, but we customized it by removing the chillies and flakes. The pizza had mozzarella and cheddar cheese, super perfect crust and yummy. Timings were decent. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean . The portion was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Was on a trip to Huntsville, happened to order from this shop using Uber eats. And oh my God, the pizza that I got was better than any pizza I've ever eaten in my life before. It was literally glowing out of the box. How is that possible? Great tasting, and nice spice.
Immediately look for one near GTA, this pizza is fire 🔥🔥🔥. Also try the cup pepperoni!!

Everyone was so nice at this store. We asked for some must see places on our very short trip to the area and they shared a few names, took time to explain. That's going above and beyond!
Coming to the food, Pizza crust was fresh, light and crispy. Salad was good. Their pizza sauce had a slight sweet and smoky hint in it. The orders were precisely made according to the instructions.
In terms of the store area, space including tables and chairs were clean. Overall, I'd say it was a right choice for a quick meal during our Muskoka-Huntsville trip.
