Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered a chicken burger and had nothing on it, basically a chunk of chicken between two buns. No one mentioned you had to ask for mayo lettuce or tomato 🙄

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS!!! This establishment will not accept any popeyes giftcards ...period. They've been open for 2 years and find the excuse that it's an IT issue?? What?? I have complained with customer service and their answer is to try another location - I shouldn't have to go to Bracebridge !!! So now what do I do with multiple useless giftcards?? The inside of the restaurant was disgusting dirty and not 1 customer. Maybe that's because the bathroom was also out of order....so many red flags this place should be shut down. I can't comment on the food because I was so pissed about the whole scenario, I took my business next door!!!

I really like popeye's chicken but the last 2 times I have been to the drive through the chicken doesn't seem to be the same quality as before. It is usually hot and crispy and very moist chicken, but it was lukewarm at best and kind of chewy. I also had to pay an extra dollar for honey barbecue sauce on the side when they're known for their assorted dips that come with your order. Disappointing :(
The staff at the window did not seem to understand what I was ordering because I had to keep repeating it.

It was my first visit to Popeyes, now I wish I never went. It started fine the girl at the counter was friendly and very helpful.
But while I was waiting for my food I watched a man leave to check the washrooms while wearing gloves. I thought nothing of it until I watched him exit the washroom and then start handling my food without washing his hands or even CHANGING His gloves.
When I mentioned it to him all he said was he was just checking the washrooms and didn't need to change his gloves.
They did make me new meals and he did end up washing his hands and changing his gloves, but he was still trying to convince me that it was fine that he didn't change them the first time.
I've working in food service for a long time and I know this wouldn't be acceptable anywhere I've worked. This guy needs an update on basic food handling.
I tried to file a complaint through the website, but the ai assistant refuses to allow it. I can't even get a basic email form. So now I have to blast them here and I would rather give them an opportunity to correct this.

Hire people who are professional and not someone who just wants to finish the work as if it’s a favour on us if they are working

We enjoy the food when the order is correct. We advise you check your take out order before leaving the store.

The most frustrating part is our family purchased $200 popeyes gift cards just before this location opened almost 2 years ago now as gifts and they have yet to update the scan terminal to accept the gift cards and all we get is lip service about the owners are working on it.

Just a moment before i got my mobile order, i ordered spicy chicken but i received half spicy and half regular, more on the spicy chicken pieces was old and dry but the regular chicken was fresh that we didn't ordered

Fast food, friendly service!

Was at this location on June 27th at 6:24pm. First sign should have been that the people headed of us were all very unhappy with service and wait.
Placed order for a 10 piece meal with fries and coleslaw and was told it would be no longer than 5 mins.
We waited almost 30 mins to finally get our order. Asked for dipping saw for the chicken and was told that would have to pay for it after spending $40. We mentioned that this seemed unfair after spending that amount of money plus being told the wait time was only 5 mins not 30. We were dismissed by employee.
We get in car and notice half way through our 15 mins drive that they put the coleslaw in with all the hot food so we took it out immediately.
Once we get home and open the bag our chicken wasn't even in the box as the box wasn't put together. Then we go to eat the coleslaw and stopped due to the smell. It smelled beyond sour and rancid. We did try a taste and it was beyond bad.
We have tried to call the location and they will not answer the phone. Really disappointed in service, food quality and taste. Would not recommend this location.

I typically use the drive thru at this location. Staff is always polite and friendly. Food is hot and made to order. We like the chicken sandwiches and occasionally have to wait in front of the restaurant in my vehicle while they prepare my order. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait, but I appreciate not being served old food that has been sitting around. I miss Popeyes' red beans and rice.

I love the food here….when the town announced for Popeyes finally coming to Huntsville back in 2023, I go there some much, thanks Popeyes Chicken!
