Don't use their on line ordering. Used my card and it appeared not to go through. Tried another card and it went through. Checked my bank records and both went through. Went back and forth with Popeyes Customer Service for 4 days now and they didn't agree and closed my file. So I'm out $68. There is no phone number just an on line portal. Even sent them my bank records. Very disappointing.
To add insult to injury, the bucket was disappointing. Breasts were good, but the wings,drumsticks and mystery pieces had almost no meat, just coating. Had to toss some of them.

The chicken nuggets are so good the 8pc meal

Order was completely wrong. Worker barely spoke English. Spent 20 minutes waiting for undercooked chicken that I didn’t order

Normally when you pay extra for White Meat you should get White meat Right?
Not here I guess . Three piece chicken meal ordered with a min of one as white meat got no white . 2 pieces of chicken ordered a la carte with both as white meat got no white meat . Might as well threw the money we paid extra in the bin .

The worst Popeyes on the whole North America

1-the food was really uncooked
2-i ordered spicy the gave me 1 pc spicy 2 mild
3-the are not familiar with their menu and policy i ordered chicken strips they gave me 3 pcs with bone all brown(on their policy it should be mix of white and brown meat)

I wont try this branch anymore and wont recommend to waste your money

I had a confusing experience at Popeyes today and just wanted to share some feedback respectfully.

The menu board clearly shows a 12-piece combo for $13.99, but when I tried to order it, the price came up as $20.99. I asked for clarification, but unfortunately, the staff and manager weren’t able to explain the difference.

I understand that prices or promotions can vary, but it would really help customers if the menu display matched what’s actually charged, or if there was a clear explanation available.

Also, I was told the ghost pepper wings were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing since it’s part of what drew me in.

Overall, I’m just hoping for clearer pricing and communication going forward so customers can make informed choices without confusion.

Great experience dining in with family. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and had plenty of seating, which made it comfortable for a family meal. The food was served hot and fresh crispy chicken, flavorful seasoning, and generous portions. The biscuits were soft and buttery, and the sides paired really well with the meals.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was quick even during busy hours. Overall, it’s a solid place for a casual family dine-in where everyone can enjoy good food in a relaxed environment. Definitely a good option when you’re out with family.
