March 12, 2025, 12:25-12:45 was accurate for thetime I waited in the drive-thru at Hyde Park in London. I started a call after ordering, and ended it when the window opened. I waited so long I did not ask for condiments, then again, I should have been asked, I should have gotten napkins and the 'Nacho' in my boxless value box was missing, they were just a plain bag of fries, that likely had been sitting for 15 minutes. I recommend you speak to the people at this facility, I will not go back again.

Food was surprisingly good and well cooked/presented for a taco bell.Restaurant was very clean.Parking long was a nightmare and the store doors are on very awkward spots.

i ordered the grilled cheesy burrito and they didnt put anything in the burrito, just paid 8 dollars for a tortilla with melted cheese on it.

Visited this location the evening of May 14th. I was blow away at the customer service I received when placing my order at the drive thru. It’s so rare to see an employee exude such a high level of care for customers in this day and age. You have a real super star on your hands. I wish I had gotten a name. Thank you for being so kind and blowing me away with your level of professionalism. Beyond outstanding!!!

The food is always amazing and reasonably-priced and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's so great to finally have a Taco Bell in my town. You can't beat Taco Tuesday where you get 3 tacos for 6 bucks.

Been here several times, we as a family love Taco Bell when we go out of town. Now that Huntsville has a Taco Bell location, we love to get it locally now.This location has countless problems compared to the others. The cashiers constantly ring in the wrong items you request (commonly the Doritos Gordita Crunch), make the wrong items, forget items on the order, and take forever to fulfill orders. They prioritize the drive through, so expect to wait 15-25 minutes to receive your order when you’re dining in. Then expect another 5-10 minutes for them to fix it.Of the 10 or so times we’ve been here, the order was only rung in/made properly once. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail this location has. Not to mention the backwards layout of the building. You shouldn’t have to walk across the flow of drive though to get into the building.

Went to this Mexican restaurant for breakfast & the best chalupa we have ever had we tried a lots of different thing also delicious. Definitely recommended.
The building is oriented wrong on the site, making the doors on the wrong side compared to where the parking is ??. Parking on the longer side of the building, you have to walk through the drive-thru traffic to get to the door.Went to use a coupon and they said... despite it NOT being past the expiry-date on the coupon, the price has changed to be more expensive.That is not how coupons work. Never had that happen. Left, never to go into a Taco Bell again.
