I recently visited Taco Bell and had a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the tacos and burritos — everything tasted just right. Definitely a good spot for a quick, tasty meal at a reasonable price.

I’ve ordered from them about a dozen times in the last 3-4 years. Half the time they don’t honour the deals they have on.
I’ve also been trying to place the orders through their app for every one of them, just so there wasn’t any confusion.
Didn’t matter. Their app’s been “broken” the entire time. Over 3 years and you still can’t place orders!
Also very convenient there’s not a lot of contact info anywhere. Just 3rd party apps not all of us have. (Just Facebook for me. No twitter or anything else.) just a phone number for you to spend the day on hold on.
Is it really that difficult to put an email up there?

Service and quality has steadily gone downhill since it opened unfortunately. The last three times our drive thru order has been a mess of mistakes and thrown together “food”. Check your order before you leave the window is an option or just go somewhere else.

I sent my daughter to get Taco Bell for us as it was about 20 min away and they only gave her half the order, won’t answer phone or return my call to discuss how I can get my food. Very poor poor customer service, it has been three days now. I have no transportation to get back to that store.
Barely in fries in my Fries Supreme. Barely anything in my Cheesy Gordita Crunch. What a waste of money.
