Terrible.. this is the worst customer service i ever had.. A customer is not a beggar, we are paying money for the food as well as the service. Would never recommend this Tim hortons to anyone.

Very rude staffs especially the girl with glasses on 14th oct, at 7.48 pm. attending drive through- they never had name plates! Thats a first time Im seeing a staff without name plates! Will never recommend this tim Hortons to anyone!! Please stay away if possible.
Owner please do the needful about the staff!!
Train them to handle the fast paced work environment and customer service!!

“I wish I could give 0 stars. I visited during a long weekend, so I expected it to be busy. Despite having 7 to 8 staff members at the counter, none of them were taking orders from customers waiting inside; they prioritized the drive-thru instead. After waiting a long time, they finally took our order.
One of my friends ordered a Habanero Chicken Bowl, but they served him a wrap instead. When he pointed out the mistake, the employee, Jaspreet, responded rudely, saying she had already made it and couldn’t change it. There was no apology—she acted as if we had no choice but to accept it, which was disrespectful.
To make matters worse, when we mentioned that there were flies on the donuts, Jaspreet said she couldn’t do anything about it and continued serving them to customers. This is beyond unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal Tim Hortons customer for over 5 years, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such poor behavior from an employee. The cleanliness was also terrible, including the condition of the washrooms.”

I had an awful experience at this Tim Hortons. There were flies in the showcase with the donuts, and when I told the employee, Jaspreet, she said they couldn’t do anything about it and still served those donuts to customers. On top of that, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my wrap after ordering, while they gave priority to drive-through customers. Very disappointed with the service and hygiene.

The service by the couter people were irresponsible and not customer friendly as when we mentioned that they provided the wrong item then they were too harsh and were not willing to give us what we ordered.
Please atleast tell the employees to be polite and be willing to accept the mistakes.

The service was very rude including massive wait of almost 30 minutes for dine In for receiving the order and noticed that the drive thru is only been serviced. They also messing up the order and when informed the same was told “they are not able to do anything about it”

Wish I could give 0 star! The place is extremely horrible. Weird to see a Tim at this level. Went there over long weekend and the place was as busy as an Onroute, only difference is Onroute is faster. They have one washroom which is combined for man/woman.

The customer service was disgusting
And the staff(the girl with the glasses) was so rude
They literally serve as if i am taking the food for free
And i had to wait for the dips untill my food was done

Ordered 3 BELTS and they all came with no bacon on them. We politely approached staff to discuss and they said our order was for egg sandwiches. Excuse me? Why would we order a BELT with no bacon? Obviously the assumption is that bacon is included and any adjustments are taken out after we ask them too. I didn't know you had to order bacon specifically in a BELT but I guess with the way Tim's is run now I need to specify that moving forward. Btw they did not nothing to apologize and shooed us away.
