I want to bring to your attention that a girl named Prapti has been behaving very rudely and unprofessionally at work, constantly using inappropriate language and creating a negative atmosphere. When asked for her name, she even replied, “I don’t have any name,” which shows complete disrespect. Her attitude is spoiling the environment for both customers and staff, and it’s unfair to those who are working sincerely. I have also gone through previous reviews and noticed that no serious action has been taken by the management team, which is very disappointing. I came here with my family, and this experience completely ruined our visit. I genuinely have no words to express how unpleasant and frustrating this encounter was. I strongly urge the management to take strict and immediate action before more customers and employees are affected by such toxic behaviour.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable behaviour of one of your employees, [PRAPTI], during my recent visit to your drive-thru. She spoke very rudely while taking my order, and when I approached the window to clarify, her tone remained disrespectful.
When I asked for her name to report the incident, she refused to provide it and continued to speak in an unprofessional manner. Furthermore, she was not wearing a nametag, which is against Tim Hortons’ policy and prevents customers from properly identifying staff members.
This type of attitude and lack of professionalism reflects poorly on your establishment and is completely inconsistent with the courteous service Tim Hortons is known for. I request that this issue be investigated and addressed appropriately to ensure such behaviour does not occur again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Tim Hortons – Staff Rudeness at Its Peak!
I usually never write reviews, but my experience today at this Tim Hortons was absolutely unacceptable. There was an employee named PRAPTI, and the way she behaved was completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I have never seen such an attitude in a customer service environment before.
Instead of being polite or helpful, she talked in a harsh and dismissive tone, rolled her eyes, and made it very clear that she had zero interest in assisting customers. When I tried to clarify my order politely, she responded rudely and made me feel extremely uncomfortable standing there. At one point I asked for her name and she replied, “I don’t have any name and you can’t do anything.” That response was shocking and completely unacceptable. Her behavior was not just unprofessional—it was downright insulting.
Tim Hortons is supposed to be known for its friendly service, but employees like PRAPTI are ruining the brand’s image. If management is reading this, please take immediate action. Such employees need serious retraining or disciplinary action because this is not how customers should be treated.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this location until the staff is trained properly on how to treat customers with respect. Totally disappointed, and I’m definitely not coming back here again.

I went to this same location almost 10 years ago. Now it’s too small for amount of people they need 10 TFWs to pour coffee and serve frozen donuts and the washroom doors were smeared with what looked like excrement
