This may be the filthiest Tims I've seen. First I went into the washroom and it was dirty. The sink was being held up by two 2X4s. When I ordered my coffee, I looked where they were preparing the food and it was filthy too. I know these places are gold mines and it wouldn't kill them to hire one or two people just to clean all day long. in the future, I'll avoid this store when I'm going north.

The place was disgusting. There were at least 100 people there, I took my daughter in to use the washroom before attempting the drive thru and there was urine all over the floor, all over the toilet and all over the walls. I was told there was no supervisor on when I called but when I went inside there were two supervisors on. When I talked to the supervisor she told me the bathroom was cleaned 15 minutes ago and after talking to her a little more She said it was 30 minutes and after another 2 minutes of talking to her, she finally said it was clean last at 6:00pm and when I was talking to her it was 7:05 p.m. So in other words, it's been over an hour since it was cleaned, I asked her if there was a checklist of when it was clean last and she said they don't have a checklist. Needless to say it was absolutely disgusting, the supervisor didn't care. I spoke to a manager and left a voicemail for a regional and no one has contacted me about the situation. Be forewarned this place is disgusting and they don't care about you or the cleanliness of this place. I have videos of the bathroom and of the supervisor lying to me numerous times. Nothing's been done and nothing will be done. Cut your loss and go to a mom and pop restaurant for coffees. At least they care about you.

Needless to say I went to the Circle K for coffee and to use the washroom. It was clean and the employee there was very happy, polite and helpful.

I had a great experience today at tim hortons! Staff members karan, Jaskaran and suman who served me had such a warm smile and friendly attitude. Thank you for the excellent service.

Despite of very heavy Rush. Staff was very kind cooperative and understanding. The girl who took the order was very professional and handled the queries very well. (sorry I didn’t get her name)

Food served was perfect and set at very good temperature.

However Location was little messy and untidy due to overcrowding but the break was worth it.

The staff at this location is extremely rude & unprofessional. Skip this place if you can or expect nonchalant rude behaviour . If they don’t understand you it’s your fault ! Whoever is managing this location needs training to train the staff .

First off, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Staff barely understand English. Ordered a coffee and a French Vanilla, only person in the store, got my coffee, waited TEN minutes for the French Vanilla while one of the employees argued with the other in a different language, and on top of that the employees were playing music full volume on their personal cellphones.

We have seen a definite decline in cleanliness of the restaurant and in part the restroom.
No toilet paper available, and filthy floors.
When notified about the tp, staff just said the cleaners hadn't been in.
We left.
Very unlikely we will return.

The filthiest and most disorganized Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Ever. I wouldn't let my dog eat there.

EDIT: I don't know why they bother asking me to contact their Care team. Tim Hortons never replies when you leave them a review. But I'll update the again if they do.

EDIT EDIT: to their credit, they follow-up and called within 2 days. They apologized, said they were short a staff member that night, and that was that. I don't buy the shortstaff excuse, as one more person wouldn't have made a difference. It was that bad. Anyhow...
