Drove all the way to this location for milk for my baby having a tough night - arrive 3 mins before closing and they won’t serve me items off the menu. You think you can trust enterprises like Tim Hortons but I guess I should’ve read the reviews on this location. Lazy kids wants to get off work a few mins early disappointing customers.

Manager was rude and asked 35 cents for tap water. Worst experience with very poor customer service. I can see several people reviewed the same thing and would suggest to avoid this Tim ever.

Poor customer service by the manager. Asked for some cold water and demanded us to pay 35 cents by the manager. Not recommended at all. Waiting is so long due to mistakes in order. Please avoid this Tim.

What happened to the days when Tim’s offered more types of soup? Vegetable, Tomato different varieties? The menu was simpler and a wide variety in each category of sandwich, soup or desert?
Went to two Tim’s looking for the vegetable and at stop # two a lady server told me all the Tim’s in town today have-cream of broccoli and chicken noodle. One owner multiple stores same daily soup.
I get it, save money but you loose money when a picky SOB like me shows up. I went to Swiss Chalet and bought a different lunch. Non locals buy up these businesses and that’s great except the washroom cleanliness begins to decline and the level to which service, cleanliness and variety declines. I’ve observed the same attitude and trend since 2019.
Best Tim Hortons in the region is in Mattawa, Ontario. Great service, great variety and probably owned by a local.
I bought 4 donuts, a chilli for my spouse and I spent my lunch money elsewhere!

Was standard service and inside was alright. Was charged for an ice water, first time ever in history of going to Tim's. Usually with my coffee I grab my little an ice water and it's always been free. They charged us 33 cents for it. Not really an issue, but noteworthy.

I went in to order an Ice water. I understand that they charge 10 cents for a cup and will pay that. But the guy rang it up as timbit..? I asked him why and another employee walked up and said they charge for TAP water plus the charge of the cup. When did Tim’s start charging for tap water? Never even got Ice in my cup 😐

I ordered a BLT at the drive thru when I left saw the sandwich the lettuce was brown and the bacon was uncooked! Too far away to return the sandwich at that point
