Very poor customer service. They will stand there and watch you Wait in line and not take your order. Stood there over 15 minutes before someone took my order. Not recommend this Tim Horton.

The food and drinks are pretty good but the service is horrible my grandma tried to get there attention like 4 time it wasn’t even busy there was like 2 people in and there was like 4 employees and none of the employees stopped for even a moment and it’s not that we were gonna ask them something stupid we were telling that there was no toilet paper in one of the stall and when they finally gave us attention we told them and they did nothing and the restaurant was DISGUSTING every table we when to sit at was so gross I would highly recommend NOT TO EAT OR GO HERE IM NOT IMPRESSED!

The worst experience in a Tims, they even need 2-3 people to order a simple order with 2 combos, took about 5-10 minute, and yet they made the wrong order. Doubt they barely had their staff trained.
