Hire more than one person for the morning rush. It’s absolutely ridiculous it takes 15 minutes to get just a coffee cause one person in the back and one at the till running around like a mad man cause they need help. Do better management it’s quite literally pathetic

Went yesterday evening, one girl was there working all by herself and all I got to say is SLAY. 10/10. Best Ice Capp we have ever had. The Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap was so good, I didn’t even want to finish it. Going back just for the Ice Capp….give that girl a raise!!!

Stale bagel , not nearly enough butter on bagel. Hard to understand girl taking my order. Their put suger in my tea. I'm sweet enough, don't take sugar in my tea lol

Horrible experience. My girlfriend and I were camping at Arrowhead with our 3 dogs for the long weekend. Naturally we decided to stop at Timmies for breakfast and a coffee. I waited outside with our 3 dogs while my girlfriend went in to grab us brekky. After my girlfriend received our food from the employee (possibly named Caroline), she simply asked the employee if she had remembered her pinwheel and the employee snapped back with "Yes! I don't think you need all that food anyway!".Anyone that works or has worked customer service knows that under no circumstance is it okay to shame, harrass or belittle customers like that. I spent the 2.5 hour drive home consoling my already self conscious girlfriend because words like that cut deep, ESPECIALLY when said in public in front of several other people.After both my girlfriend and myself called this Tim Hortons location and spoke to the same manager, asking for an over the phone apology from the employee, we still haven't heard anything 6 hours later.We will not be supporting this location anymore because I do not condone that verbal abuse towards anyone let alone my beautiful, loving girlfriend. I will not give my hard earned money to low lives like that.
