Horrible experience. My girlfriend and I were camping at Arrowhead with our 3 dogs for the long weekend. Naturally we decided to stop at Timmies for breakfast and a coffee. I waited outside with our 3 dogs while my girlfriend went in to grab us brekky. After my girlfriend received our food from the employee (possibly named Caroline), she simply asked the employee if she had remembered her pinwheel and the employee snapped back with "Yes! I don't think you need all that food anyway!".Anyone that works or has worked customer service knows that under no circumstance is it okay to shame, harrass or belittle customers like that. I spent the 2.5 hour drive home consoling my already self conscious girlfriend because words like that cut deep, ESPECIALLY when said in public in front of several other people.After both my girlfriend and myself called this Tim Hortons location and spoke to the same manager, asking for an over the phone apology from the employee, we still haven't heard anything 6 hours later.We will not be supporting this location anymore because I do not condone that verbal abuse towards anyone let alone my beautiful, loving girlfriend. I will not give my hard earned money to low lives like that.

My recent experience at Tim Hortons was quite disappointing. Upon arriving at the establishment, I noticed there was no staff present for a period of 10 to 12 minutes. This lack of staff caused frustration among customers, resulting in two people leaving the premises. To add to the situation, one individual became visibly upset and banged on the lunch room door before the staff finally emerged.Once the staff members became available, I proceeded to place my order. Unfortunately, they initially provided me with the wrong order, further contributing to my dissatisfaction. However, upon notifying them of the mistake, they promptly rectified it by replacing it with the correct order.It is disheartening to encounter such issues at a well-known and popular chain like Tim Hortons. The absence of staff for an extended period and the resulting inconvenience for customers is unacceptable. Additionally, mistakes in fulfilling orders can lead to customer dissatisfaction and a negative overall experience.I hope that Tim Hortons takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve their service quality and efficiency.
