You could definitely tell the difference between the Huntsville Wimpys and the Orillia Wimpys.Upon arrival, our waitress asked me how many people were joining. I said there will be two of us. She then proceeded to ask me if they were male or female? Not sure how that is important. I should mention the dining room was completely empty besides two tables.We did decide to upgrade to the waffle fries she accidentally forgot to upgrade us. She ban manhandled the french fries off the plate and gave them to the sweetest hostess for lunch. Poor girl probably did not know that she’s been served somebody else’s french fries.Ironically our waitress and another waitress were sitting in the booth behind us on their phones looking at bad google reviews. Our waitress even mentioned about quitting and working at Kelsey‘s or Eastside Mario’s.After our meal, she handed me the debit machine I paid without thinking about looking at my bill. While my accomplice was paying I decide to look at my bill. I am not kidding when I tell you she snatched it out of my hands. Hmm now I’m not really sure what I paid for lol.She did offer free cheesecake because it was our birthday which was nice.Probably won’t be back.

My family and I just had a delicious brunch at Wimpy’s, but the true highlight was being served by the warm, sweet and funny Pauline! What an incredible human being! We were made to feel so welcome, and her attention to detail was exceptional. She even provided us with a list of her favourite things to see/do/eat in and around Huntsville. Came here while staying at Deerhurst resort. Great place for breakfast/lunch with kids or no kids. Definitely good senses of a traditional diner. Excellent service from Pauline, very friendly. Food came pretty quick. Good portions and great taste. Clean washrooms and looked after. Good location.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is great, family friendly
Great atmosphere and cool layout but was very slow to get breakfast. Service was lacking with us having to ask for more coffee and to see how much longer the meal would be. I will say that it was busy but not so much that it should have been an hour for breakfast.

My boyfriend and I went here for brunch, we were incredibly lucky to have Pauline as our waitress, who also remembered us from our trip down last February! Pauline definitely knows how to run a business and deserves every customer! Food was tasty, the mimosas and Caesars are delicious, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the place is clean!!!! (Yes the bathrooms too!). Pauline also had a “favourite picks” card which was a huge help with things to do and places to eat, we will definitely be back when we come again next year!
