Huntsville is absolutely gifted by this incredibly fantastic bakery & bistro! Everything is made from srcatch at this family-run gem. The food is spectacularly fresh and tasty. I love their thickly sliced freshly baked multigrain bread, scruptuous desserts and pre-made lasagna ....which almost made me faint with pleasure & delight when I heated it up for lunch the next day. This is The Place to go! 5-stars aren't enough! :)

We hired Windmill bakery to bake us a cake for a 75th camp anniversary gathering this past weekend. Everyone was in awe of the texture of this cake! It was delicious and extremely fresh. Thank you again!

This place is a fantastic experience for baked goods lovers in Huntsville. We tried savoury food, sweet bread and coffee. All tasted spectacular. My suggestion for a perfect brunch here is to get a Chicken pesto sandwich warmed up on the grill with an Iced vanilla latte with oat milk (lactose-free option) and have a sweet end with a Banana and maple muffin. Definitely will come back here.
