Don’t stop here if you’re on a schedule. Waited 40 mins for wrong orders and confusion.
Wanted to be able to leave a nice review, because the family seemed nice, but it was not a great experience.
The poor kids they had working the front seemed so lost, despite being friendly, hard working, and apologetic. No names taken for orders, so they didn’t get orders right or at least to the right people. No napkins or ketchup with orders, so pretty much everyone had to walk back up to ask for them, further distracting or confusing the kids. Menu shows toppings on burgers, but a few people (myself included) were given plain burgers on buns and had to go up to get it corrected.
Seemed like with some training and/or better organization, it could have been a much better experience.

In the 45 mins spent waiting for a plain burger with none of the toppings requested we saw 4-5 orders mixed up. If you’re regretting gaining an hour from the time zone change, you can lose it here

Best Burger I have in a long time, homemade and same with the fries. The staff was wonderful very nice and clean space with a nice patio to eat. Worth the stop if ur driving on hyw 17
Nothing fancy, but who needs fancy?? I just need great food at decent prices and you'll find that here! Burgers were delicious! Homemade on fresh buns! The poutine was a generous portion and no lack of cheese or gravy! Service was fast and friendly!

Ours was the first order to go in for the day, and it was take out. It took and over hour to get all of our food. When I was finally able to eat, my food was very cold. Service was horrible. No apology for the wait, and when there was an issue with part of the order, they didn’t know how to process a refund. Multiple people came, ate and went from the dining room while I waited for my food. I patiently waited for my food, but started to get upset when the order was incorrect at the end. Worst service ever- nothing but attitude from the staff.

They make great cheese burgers. The patty was seasoned perfectly and super tasty and juicy. The lettuce, tomato and onion was fresh and crisp. Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly, super welcoming and very helpful. I was checking my engine in the parking lot and they came out and offered to help. The two big bathrooms were clean and well maintained. They also have a large selection of ice cream flavors. They even let us park our motor home in their parking lot over night. Great stop!

Avoid this place unless you want undercooked and cold burgers!
Have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but all I received was poor customer service, undercooked cold burgers and soggy fries. Staff could use more training on proper customer service and making sure orders are actually what the customer ordered.
Looked pretty abandoned/unused.
