This is where we go every year. I get the extra dark syrup which is hard to find. Very friendly family run business. You can call ahead and order too. Love their syrup. As repeat customer you will likely get a card or email with 5% discount. The church down the street used to serve a maple syrup themed. breakfast but it closed:(.
There's no doubt in my mind that this is the top provider of quality maple products in the London area. We go back every year for the Very Dark syrup that Rolling Ridge produces, as they're among the only producers of the stuff in the area. We're never disappointed. Excellent facility and friendly, family run business. Their short nature trail through the bush is very informative and educational for kids and adults. When we visited we even got a private tour of their current maple syrup manufacturing process. After all that we took home some of their 4-liter gugs of syrup - supply for a year!
