I was in the restaurant Sat morning. Ordered several drinks and some bagels. When the young girl gave me my teas I realized I had forgotten my grandsons white hot chocolate. She was amazing. Instead of making me go the the end of a long line, she took it upon herself to prepare the hot chocolate for me. I tried to pay for it but she said it wasn’t necessary as I had a large order. I was blown away. Amazing pro activity by this young lady. I’m in most weekend mornings. I’ll definitely be back

Just throw the food out the drivethrough as fast as possible and sacrifice quality. Farmers wraps never grilled properly. Person at window always in a big rush

People are great, staff are friendly but the steeped tea is the worst I've ever had. I'm not joking when I say it's like water. I actually question if they are not using the Tim Hortons steeped tea product. Tastes like water. I have to go to Lucan if I want a steeped tea. It's a regular issue.

Caleb was swift with my order and even when it was busy he got my food faster than ever. He managed to stay calm while there was a lunch rush and kindly greeted everyone who went his way.

Don’t get their ice caps !!!!! Got the new pumpkin ice cap and it gave me the craps !!!! Been sick all day from it !!!!!! The health board needs to inspect this place as I have gotten food poisoning from here !!!!!! Ilderton Tim Hortons manager you need to inspect the drink ingredients more !!!!!!

My mother and I were excited to try the new pumpkin icecapps and instantly regretted it today. We got food poisoning not even 30 mins after drinking it. Ive never been so sick in my life. Never will come back. Check your dates and temps!! And wash your hands!!
What a dump! Waited for 10 minutes know one came to the til. Lots of people standing around doing nothing. Minimum selection of baked goods. Also dirty atmosphere

I had a great conversation with the manager; she’s a good listener and made me feel heard. The entire team was friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to them for making my day better after work!
