Staffing either is insufficient or inadequately spread to ensure a thorough flow/quick service.
2 bakers in the back talking to one another while 3 or more staff stood in drive thru tending to them and only them. One runner rushed by for a donut & told me and the gentleman in front of me someone would be right with us.. (not sure how long he was standing there before I walked in) - but it should not take 8 minutes for him and myself to order and be served 3 coffees that had solely milk & cream.

This is my favourite Tim Hortons, maybe ever (not to be dramatic lol). The food is always great, everything always tastes fresh, the drinks always taste spot on. The staff are always so friendly. I would pick this Tim’s over anyone in London, any day! Thank you

Went through drive thru to grab a quick bite to eat. I selected a BLT crispy chicken wrap and a drink. It hit the spot. Tasty. I would eat it again.

Came inside because there were 10 cars in the drive thru. There was only 1 person inside and I still had to wait for 10 cars to go by before getting my order. Extremely slow service for walk in customers. You guys need to prioritize people that take the effort to walk in.
