My family got food poisoning here. They are serving rotten drinks.Beware. They got the pumpkin lattes. Sick and barfing within 20 minutes. Boycott. Horrific.

Caleb was swift with my order and even when it was busy he got my food faster than ever. He managed to stay calm while there was a lunch rush and kindly greeted everyone who went his way.

Don’t get their ice caps !!!!! Got the new pumpkin ice cap and it gave me the craps !!!! Been sick all day from it !!!!!! The health board needs to inspect this place as I have gotten food poisoning from here !!!!!! Ilderton Tim Hortons manager you need to inspect the drink ingredients more !!!!!!

My mother and I were excited to try the new pumpkin icecapps and instantly regretted it today. We got food poisoning not even 30 mins after drinking it. Ive never been so sick in my life. Never will come back. Check your dates and temps!! And wash your hands!!

One of the best things about this restaurant is that everything is available till late at night — perfect after a long day. I had a great conversation with the manager; she’s a good listener and made me feel heard. The entire team was friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to them for making my day better after work!

Once again , so disappointing.
Can any Tim’s manage to sell a Boston Cream without sticking to the bag ???
Maybe you should stop selling them.
I have complained about this before and received a pleasant email and nothing else.
This is now 7 times recently where my donut is literally stuck to the bag.
Absolutely no icing unless you want to lick it off the bag.

I just had to share how amazing my experience was thanks to Charlie at Tim Hortons! Charlie went above and beyond to make my visit special — they were friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. My order was perfect, the coffee was fresh, and Charlie’s positive attitude made my whole day better. It’s not every day you meet someone who clearly cares so much about their job and their customers. Tim Hortons is lucky to have Charlie on the team! I’ll definitely be coming back.
