Writing this review while I sit and wait for my food in the parking lot. This location somehow always has eggs or something unavailable. The exact opposite of a well oiled machine. If you want to waste your time I would suggest visiting this location.

Great service , young gentleman was very accommodating, courteous, friendly and truly lovely!!! Bought 1 chicken cravable, hot chocolate 2 coffees, 2 donuts. Went back and bought another craveable and donut because of him…We need more like just like him!!!!! Jan 16/24 4:50.

Not the best experience that's for sure. Staff is rude a move byond. it was after ten am asked for BLT sandwich which they refused told me it was breakfast and to order off theee breakfast menu. I want the sandwich for my lunch. they said they r privately own so they dont have to offer what other tim hortons offer my step tea was cold the cream was curdled will never stop in this little town again

The supervisor (SD) and the owner (CP), should be ashamed of themselves with how they treat their staff. A multitude of complaints about the supervisor have been brought forth MANY times, and yet she remains in her current supervisory position. Most of the staff are marginalized individuals or very young school aged kids working their first job. The term “bully” comes to mind and what is unfortunate is that the staff have little to no ability to confront said person without fear of retribution. Shame on you Tim Hortons Ilderton!!

Probably the slowest tim Hortons I have ever been at. People were just standing around at drive thru while there were no cars in line and took forever to serve the people in store. Honestly confused by how bad it was.
Staff is polite n attentive. Coffee n sandwich were freshly made. Ambience is clean n with decent ? parking

As a cyclist this is one of my fav Tims. While no bike parking it does have a railing you can lock to. The patio is a great place to relax during your ride. Many cyclists stop there. Recommended, particularly as a the mid way of the 3 Tims Ride Challenge (Komoka, Ilderton, St Mary's). Only negative is that if you get wet it is COLD inside in summer so pack a dry jersey/shell to change into to avoid a chill.
