Ordered a teen burger with only ketchup, bacon and onion. Somehow I get a burger with lettuce, tomato, mustard even though the receipt shows exactly what I requested. Then they can’t do a refund to my card, only cash.
I don’t understand how they can screw up such a simple order so badly.

Fix your lighting. I love A&W but when they cant maintain standards and cant have every sign not to have a lightbulb I don’t trust they keep up with food standards as well. We went to McDonald’s as they at least have their things together.
Edit: Just to counter the reply. They are lying about lights going on on sensors, which is just nonsense, What use is a sign when you can't see them at night?. None of the lighting turned on when we drove up. they are all off or partially off, just burned out lighting. The place looks run down, not buying any food there.

Thanks to the hard-working crew for the Teen Burger Combo. The root beer and a frosted mug was a real treat after a long day outdoors. It’s a great place to stop in for a meal just off the 401.
