Fix your lighting. I love A&W but when they cant maintain standards and cant have every sign not to have a lightbulb I don’t trust they keep up with food standards as well. We went to McDonald’s as they at least have their things together.
Edit: Just to counter the reply. They are lying about lights going on on sensors, which is just nonsense, What use is a sign when you can't see them at night?. None of the lighting turned on when we drove up. they are all off or partially off, just burned out lighting. The place looks run down, not buying any food there.

Was a angry lady yelling at people for stupid reasons, the man at the front was telling people sorry about her( she wasn't staff just a random customer) but still he did his best to let us enjoy our food and time there. He brang out our food and again apologizing for what this lady was doing. Great worker and all 4 of us enjoyed our breakfast.

Food was delicious, staff was very friendly. Didn't take long to get our food. We messed up our order and they gladly fixed it for us and didn't even charge us the full price for the mess up. Would definitely eat here again
