Happy New Years. I understand today is a holiday however service standards definitely not to protocol. Ordered 5 combos, all drinks are flat, didn’t recieve a dbl cheeseburger or crispy chicken, in my order, didn’t have chicken fries so that’s what I substituted instead. Kids meal didn’t have toys. Dealing with 3 kids and order was significant so if I’m paying $75 I expect to recieve what I ordered. Also no ice available, didn’t really matter since drinks were flat and person at drive through wouldn’t let me finish placing my order. Unfortunately won’t be going back tonight but I’ll be following up tomorrow.

Everytime I go there, I can't eat the French fries with my order. There is too much salt on them EVERYTIME !! I'm paying for food, I can't eat.
Earlier this month, on our way back home to London, we stopped here, and the service was absolutely phenomenal. I have never experienced such friendly staff at a fast food restaurant. We came in just for a quick bite expecting a pretty normal experience but left amazed by the good cheer and kindness of the staff. My 4-year-old son brought in a new toy that was still in its box and needed scissors to open, and they brought me scissors. They brought food out to us. Made my kid laugh. I was very impressed.
