Stacey was so accommodating for me!
I was travelling for work and wanted to work on my laptop while I had dinner and watched the game. I must have moved tables 3 times to find a good spot to plug in my laptop. All the servers were very patient with me while they had a packed house and I am so thankful for their help. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be back!

Food was good cold when it came to the table and I was missing fries on my plate but I had the gravy on my plate. It took for ever to take our order and there was hardly anyone in the place at the time. At the end of the meal it took 30 before anyone asked us if we needed anything else. Not once did anyone stop at our table to offer refills for drinks or to see if we needed anything else. Not the best for customer service not impressed at all. Server was Nav.
Well we decided to give Chucks another shot today 8/30/25 for supper. The food was better than last time. Served fast and not with lots of flavour. The service was not as good. The waitress did not check on us or offer refills on our drinks. She charged extra for blue cheese sauce for my wings. It just seemed like she was uninterested. I even had to ask her about a dessert she took mine but did not ask my partner if she wanted anything. I just found her not really happy to be there and she was more intreststed in other things like going outside for e-smoke or the regulars. Over all the food was much better but service still needs work.

Took my son for his birthday so he could watch the jays game. The apps were good. The portion sizes for meals was laughable. I left still hungry. My son’s burger was absolutely burnt to a crisp. It was not even remotely edible. I would be embarrassed as a cook to even serve that. The server did appropriately deal with it in the moment but didn’t check in until the adults had finished the meal. If it wasn’t for the jays game it would have been a complete waste. I would suggest trying wild wings for game night instead.

Ordered food as soon as we sat down. Server came by 45 minutes later and said the order didn’t get sent to the kitchen. 9pm on a Saturday night and not busy. Run by amateurs and clowns.

There was a group of 22 people that came to Chuck's for lunch,everyone was served in good time and the food was excellent,Cheers to them and Thanks

We were a group on a friday night with 8 people 1 child, in a mostly empty restaurant and we had terrible service - had to walk up to the bar to get pop refills.

Cheryl was so lovely!!! You can tell shes been serving for quite some time and takes pride in her job. Steaks were cooked perfectly and our table was cleared promptly. We've had a few bad experiences at other locations so happy to find our new fav Chucks!!! Thanks Cheryl- Your new regulars Deb and Jason
Cheryl behind the bar was amazing! We waited 45 minutes for a burnt cheeseburger and a tasteless spicy chicken sandwich. We were hungry so we ate it.

But the food quality has not gone up with the prices.
Fried were not very good, kind of tough like they'd been around for a while.
Steaknwas ok.
Corn came out and was pale yellow with black corn.
Waitress took it, no apology or replacement??

A server made a bill error but instead of saying "I'm so sorry, let me fix that" she argued with multiple customers and shouted. When the customer said she had an attitude the server argued about that. I've never seen service like this in the hospitality industry, especially when the server was actually wrong. The servers proceeded to speak about us at the POS while looking at us. The manager was no better, no ability to calm a customer or validate the customers experience.
I had steak and lobster and was still hungry after. The corn had no flavour and the servers made no effort to keep drinks flowing, didn't ask about dessert etc. I've never been so underwhelmed at a chain restaurant.
My friend ordered a well done steak and it was rare. Disappointing
