It's chucks.
But the food quality has not gone up with the prices.
Fried were not very good, kind of tough like they'd been around for a while.
Steaknwas ok.
Corn came out and was pale yellow with black corn.
Waitress took it, no apology or replacement??

A server made a bill error but instead of saying "I'm so sorry, let me fix that" she argued with multiple customers and shouted. When the customer said she had an attitude the server argued about that. I've never seen service like this in the hospitality industry, especially when the server was actually wrong. The servers proceeded to speak about us at the POS while looking at us. The manager was no better, no ability to calm a customer or validate the customers experience.

I had steak and lobster and was still hungry after. The corn had no flavour and the servers made no effort to keep drinks flowing, didn't ask about dessert etc. I've never been so underwhelmed at a chain restaurant.

My friend ordered a well done steak and it was rare. Disappointing

Ice cold streak served raw and uncooked, unreal performance place is a joke 215 Thames street ingersoll, don't ever go there

Terrible service, hostess couldn’t even find the reservation made. She moved us 3 times. The waitress just set things down and let us pass the drinks and food around. The food was overcooked burnt dried out and terrible tasting. Don’t waste your money.

VERY disappointed with the deceptive marketing practices of this company. There is a 3% "Honest to Goodness" Tax applied to the bill which is scarcely mentioned in the mice type at the bottom of the menu. There is nothing Good nor Honest about this hidden price increase. I am reluctant to ever go there again.

Portions are below average
Prices have gone up and they still add 3% to the total bill??
When it first opened, the prices were good, and I kinda understood the 3% .. now it's just a legal scam...

Group of 8 but they ran out of certain menu items was a let down

Was hear for dinner after hockey. I don't recommend this place. Ordered bacon cheese burgers, it comes with one strip of bacon that is over cooked. Stale bun and a sad slice of yellow tomato. My natchos I asked for nothing spicy or hot as I can't eat that, and it came with halipiinos all over it. Lucky I saw it before I ate them.

People smoking right at the entrance was gross.

Won't be back.

12 fries. Told they weigh the fries now. But a whole bowl of gravy. What a waste of gravy. Cheap place with barely any fries.

Now they want my receipt, like I keep a receipt of such.

The one server suggested I couldn't handle the bucks 99 drink and I didn't appreciate that cuz it's not like I asked if it was strong or anything...but otherwise service was fine...food was real good. Enjoyed apps the steak bites n shrimp tempura! Sandwiches were not amazing but nothing to complain about either.

Absolutely terrible experience, a heads up before we sit down that it’ll be over an hour until you get your food would be appreciated.
Service could be better if you checked up on us more than 3 times during our 2 hour ordeal.
Food was not good for a restaurant that prides themselves on steaks, the steaks came out room temperature and over cooked not to mention you can taste they didn’t clean there grill for a while, tasted like you ate a bbq grill. Would not recommend until they change somethings.

Changing my review from 5 years ago from 4 stars to 1. My last three experiences with this restaurant have been terrible. The service is mediocre, even worse is the food. 5 of us went out tonight, 2 kids 3 adults. Two nacho orders with buffalo chicken, one came with near 0 chicken while the other was adequate. One adult order of Buffalo strips was extremely over cooked and the fries were 30% of a full order. The kids strips were once again overcooked but somehow came with more fries than the adult order. I am honest to god going back here again. Is it new owners? From a chain restaurant you expect consistency with serving sizes and quality and this location is exactly the opposite. Huge shame on this owner group.

Best place to get no stars because the food absolutely was terrible and the service was horrible too
