This is a lovely little spot with a special feel. If I were closer I am sure it would be my local for sure. When the owners get really going this would be for me a destination brewery for a Sunday ride or drive. They have a few hoops to jump through to get their tasting room and picnic tables going but when they do it will be a special place.
Lovely place to be at. If you want to enjoy something local, this is the place you would want to visit.
Love their beers!!
I just bought a few samples of these beers yesterday. My 2 brother-in-laws tried the 3 different beers that I bought and found them of a very good quality. They always try different beers from breweries but they gave high praise of this product. I will be buying more in the near future. Great small business here in Ingersoll so they need our support.👍
A warm welcome and a fridge full of cold beers awaits you at the Ingersoll Rails House of Brews.
What is especially impressive is that this cozy, friendly establishment that recently opened has a full range of beers, and complex ones at that too!
The oaked amber bourbon barrel aged ale has a dark pour and a wonderfully smoky, complex flavour.
The chocolate oatmeal stout is well balanced: The dark chocolate flavour bubbles to the fore in each sip, and is well balanced by a subtle oatmeal flavour that pulls this back from being a sweet dessert beer.
The cream ales and pilsners are also well represented with Boxcar 73 that absolutely nails this genre with a light, crisp, refreshing wheaty offering.
If you have a weak spot for a pushy though forgiving blonde, the sort with a malty finish on the nose, the Ingersoll Blonde Ale caters to all your needs.
There's many more characters at the Ingersoll Rails House of Brews. Take the time to drop by, it's worth your while!
Wonderful beers and a great guy running the place!
Good beer and great people! I'm excited to see what's to come.
On a little roadtrip and had the pleasure of stopping here to try some of their brews! The owner Katherine is a gem and very knowledgeable! We loved the stout and the blonde ale! We will definitely be back and excited to see what the future holds for this Brewery!
Cute little brewery. The owner was lovely and super friendly. Sounds like they have great plans to expand in the near future. There were 4 different brews for purchase a WestBound IPA, a Blonde ale, Vienna Ale, and a Chocolate Oatmeal Stout. If you're in the area or looking for a drive, I would recommend stopping in. There was also some merchandise for purchase, hats, and shirts.
fabulous customer service and the beer is awesome
Great beer, great people. support local.
The vienna ale is a nice darker malt forward ale with slight biscuit tones. Solid.
Keep it up!
