It was first time trying here. I wanted to make sure the Drunken noodle is not spicy. I said it's my son's birthday and he requested some noodles. Now I'm in tears eating noodles instead of giving it to my son because the noodles are VERY spicy. My son's eating some left over :( not impressed

My family has tipped generously and enjoyed their food for at least 10 years. Our last few experiences have been incredibly disappointing, with our last order and service being completely unacceptable. We walked in and placed an order which we happily waited to receive, we then drove home and realized they forgot an item. When we called to explain the issue, they told us they would give a credit for next time. When we explained that we still need the food they said we could come back and get it but they would not refund it. We drove all the way back and they told us the order was coming and that they would give us a refund for the item. Then a second person tells us “no we just gave you a refund so you don’t get the item now”. We continued to explain that we still need the item and that when a restaurant makes a mistake on your order, they usually fix the issue and comp the item which they made an error on. After quite a bit of back and forth, the lady finally gave us our item. They would not give us any names so we cannot include them in this complaint but we are very upset with the service and will not be returning. Very sad as this was one of our favourite places.

The food is tasty. I took the seafood pad Thai it seems to have been microwaved. The flavor was good, but the texture of the pasta wasn't right at all. The other plate was fine.

We have now been to Mango Salad twice. The first time, our friends took us, assuring us it was one of the best Thai food restaurants around. They were not wrong. We had the spring roll appetizers, my wife had a curry dish, and I had spicy Thai noodles. Everything was excellent, and the service was just as good. Based on that experience, we invited our friends, and the experience was just as good as the first time. Our friends enjoyed their dinner and commended us on the choice of restaurant for the evening. The food and service definitely deserve a 5-star rating. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, though a bit tight, but this is definitely not a deterrent for another visit or recommendation.

The food is always so so good. And they are VERY accommodating for vegan options. My favorite is the special tofu curry - yellow curry with potatoes, Peanuts and tofu. So good.
Vegetarian options: I think pretty much every dish can be made with a vegan sauce and tofu or just extra veg
Dietary restrictions: I'm fully vegan and have never had an issue tailoring my order as needed. They are super accommodating
