My experience was over the top amazing and always is! The drive thru ladies always welcome me with a smile and friendly attitude. A very nice younger lady working Debra i think she said her name was, mentioned to put in a review so that their hard work goes noticed! Beautiful smiles all the time!

My family got 3 grinch meals for 62$?! Regardless of the price I got a 10 piece nugget meal and it was HORRIBLE. You could just tell it was not fresh, my nuggets were cold and hard. This hasn’t just happened once, I haven’t got fresh nuggets in weeks. And the only sauce I get (sweet and sour) has been out of stock for more than a week! From now on I will only be ordering from the London McDonald’s - Jaxon

Went there today at 3pm. The only issue I really have is the lady that gave me my food. She came over, called my number out slammed my food on the counter and walked away. There was no "do you need any ketchup" there was no "have a good day" she didn't even have a smile on her face. If someone is that miserable, they shouldn't be working in customer service!!

Took us 25 minutes on drive thru at 11 pm(there was only 2 cars in front of us
Today I ordered through the drive-thru a bacon McMuffin with no cheese. Upon reaching home I was VERY surprised and extremely DISAPPOINTED to discover I was given a McMuffin containing one egg AND cheese, with absolutely NO meat of any kind. This is just carelessness and disgusting. McDonald's, check your inefficient staff, please!!!!!

The drive through attendant gave some attitude when I asked what toppings were on a burger, and they were not helpful at all to figure out why my code was not working to collect points. The burgers were a gross sloppy mess when we got them home. Way too expensive these days for poor quality food and lack of customer service.
