This is a quality mcdonalds food wise. Problem, if you go inside 20 mins for a single meal is a regular occurance. A mccrispy shouldn't take 20 mins. It sat there for 10 mins while the staff kept over looking it and kept serving others out of order. Never again.

Maybe have one person at the front desk/coffee station at 10 am on a Saturday?? I waited 18 minutes for three coffees. It's always like this. The employees are great but it's poorly managed.

This location is abhorrent… Orders take 15+ minutes and are consistently made wrong. No matter if it’s a coffee or meal. I’m disgusted with the lack of cleanliness (both inside & outside), the rude service from an apparent manager, and lack of care towards us as customers... Easily the WORST McDonald’s in Canada.

I will travel 20 minutes just to get chicken nuggets from this McDonald's! . Chicken nuggets from this mcdonald are always cooked perfectly . The staff is always super friendly. Its small on the inside , sometimes there can be a line up both inside and in the drive thru, but its definitely worth the wait for the chicken nuggets.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the accuracy and quality of service I recently experienced at the drive-thru. I received an incorrect breakfast order that was not properly prepared, as it was cold and contained a hair. The hash browns were also cold. Furthermore, the wait time in the drive-thru line seemed excessively long especially when gas in our vehicle keep running during waiting in line .

As a new location that's not been open long, they're okay. I find they never have food ready like other locations however in fairness they're likely trying to minimize wasting of food and trying to get used to what they need to keep readily available. That being said the wait times for food have been quite long in comparison to other locations.

Also ordered 2 coke zeros...didnt get ice in them and the worker didnt even ask or say anything.

This place needs to be shut down already. I understand fast food isn’t always perfect but waiting 15-20 min every time (and no it’s not busy), there’s always something missing from my order. Absolutely ridiculous, McDonald’s needs to shut this place down. Hire new management, train some basic skills into the employees and just try again. Worse and worse every-time I’m there. Burgers always coming out looking like they were made by drunk toddlers, it’s a miracle they manage to remember my straw each time. And what in the world is going on with how much fries you get???? I wish the photo was an exaggeration, but that’s straight out of the bag. Fix it

Ordered online at the store we were on bikes and told when we went through drivethrough you have to be in a vehicle I tried to ask how to cancel my order and mid sentence the lady walks away from the window and hides around the corner. Poor service she at least could have explained how to cancel my order not to mention what if I was on a motorcycle then it's ok ? Well what about an ebike ? Where's the line of what vehicles are permitted?

What an absolutely abysmal team and management staff here. The service is so disorganized and slow. Almost 20 minutes in the drive through for one sandwich and a large coke. That's insane for a drive through.

Just go somewhere else.

The most pitiful excuse of a food business I have ever been to, I don’t think I have ever managed to receive my entire order made correct or without half of the food missing. What makes it even worse is whenever this is brought up to staff they make it seem like their incompetence is the customer’s fault and absolutely not their own.
