This has got to be one of the worst locations in Southwestern Ontario. Always a 20 minute wait, rarely a straw in the bag, burgers upside down, wrong items in my order... đ Terrible 9/10 times

I frequent the McDonaldâs during the night as I work midnights The midnight crew has attitude most nights. I normally have to wait 15 Minutes. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker and nobody bothered to take my order. Definitely will not be coming back to this McDonaldâs Iâll go to A&W instead

The service here is the worse experience. Canât understand the order on drive through and doesnât even fulfil the custom order requirement. Charging you for extra but you never get it. Need to be professional.

Home of the 20 minute coffee order. When it arrived, it was overflowing, all over the employees' hand. When I asked her to dump a bit out, as it was going to be in my car, she dumped half of it out, and split the lid putting it back on, so it leaked all over my car anyways.
Awful, slow service, and I won't be back.

Went and got a rootbeer, barely tasted like rootbeer so I politely went back and let them know their syrup was out, this young girl hands me a new one and asked if i still donât like it and if it still tastes âlike bumâ instead of simply replacing the syrup. Told her im not drinking that because the light coloured drink very clearly indicated its out of syrup so I just ended up with a sprite and a side of attitude. Seriously just replace the syrup when the customer informs you itâs out. Not that hard. (all coming from a mcdonaldâs employee so its insanely disappointing, i just wanted a rootbeer bruh)

It was actually a clean mcdonalds I don't go inside them to eat anymore because they are generally gross inside. This location a coworker and I went to for lunch and sat I side. It's was nice.

Surprisingly for a McDonald's this is a real good location at first I was a little bit hesitant because I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and there was a school nearby and there was over 35 students in this place did my order on the self-checkout and in 4 minutes unbelievable the food arrived good job really fast Service Fresh Food thank you about time there is one McDonald's around that does something right

Printer didn't permit my receipt, had no idea what my order was, no one waiting in the drive through and it's still took 15 minutes for two big Mac combos?? Also, not an adult in site, and so many employees standing around inactive it further confuses me.
