We stopped while traveling through. It's a food truck situation in a parking lot. There are a couple of tables and high tops. The lot is relatively clean or you can eat in your car. We ordered s couple of different fries, just vinegar and poutine. The portions were huge. Everything was fresh and hot with pleasant staff. There are several variations of fruits and next time I'd try something beside the poutine, which was very good. Highly recommend a try if you haven't been here.

Dill Pickle Fry ($10.25, regular) This fry consisted of garlic aioli, dill pickle, and dill pickle seasoning. For a regular, this thing was a behemoth. Its ingredients were perfectly proportioned, allowing for a perfect bite every time. If I had to single out the best tasting ingredient, it would be the aioli; but everything made an important contribution. Rating: 9.3/10.
Jalapeño Crunch Fry ($10.25, regular) This fry also had garlic aioli. It was identical to the one above except that instead of dill pickle and dill seasoning, it had crunchy jalapeño and fresh jalapeño. Now, although I’m not the biggest fan of crunchy jalapeño, this fry was easily better than what you’d get at most chip stands. If you order this, be ready for a mild kick of spice. Rating: 8.8/10.
Overall opinion Driving by, this looks like an amateurish chip stand. But don’t judge a book by its cover, because this place has a 4.7/5 rating on Google Maps for a reason. When you come here, you will get quality and quantity as well as culinary flair.

PB’s has been a favourite for over a decade - from getting it for lunch in highschool to having them do the late night food for our wedding this past year. Daniel has made such incredible improvements to the atmosphere as well as really amping up their event catering. A must visit place every time I am in Ingersoll, the best poutine I have ever had!

Seemed impossible to get any better but P.B’s is killing it under the new management! The pickle poutine is probably one of my favourite foods now and the folks working are always awesome. Thanks for taking good care of this local treasure and breathing new life into menu.

Awesome spot with great food at a price that's shockingly low.
We got sausages on a bun and shared a regular poutine and had more than enough to fill two of us for just over $20.
We'll definitely be going back.
