I live a couple minutes from this location. I have gone many times and I am always disappointed. This location will often be very low on toppings and refuse to put on more, the sandwich is soggy when you get it home because the sauce doesn't have enough lettuce or other toppings to absorb the sauce. The bathroom is often unavailable and the staff are not the friendliest especially when you ask for extra lettuce, extra tomato and onion. They really skimp and it's a very large disappointment!

My partner has been to this location quite a few times , every time there is rush they would just deny to toast the sub. The toaster would be working but would say it does not. I don’t understand that why does staff pick and choose on what they can do in rush. And not only that, but putting that “not under use for washroom” too in student rush and all. It would be good if some management person could talk to the staff. Very rude extremely disrespectful.

Some employees will refuse to grill your sub, it’s hit or miss so I’d avoid this location for sure. The location at Culloden will though!

The veggies are always super fresh, the bread smells amazing, and everything is clean and well organized. The staff here are always friendly, polite, and provide excellent customer service every single time. The environment feels fresh and welcoming — you can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely my favorite Subway location to visit!”

Subway in Ingersoll has gone down hill ! So cheap with toppings its just like making a sandwich at home I should have known better but I thought I would give them a 3rd chance. We'll I was wrong no more chances Subway. If you want a big hearty sub worth every penny got to firehouse subs you definitely what you pay for

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. The customer service is beyond awful! They never have any toppings for the subs and what they do have isn't fresh. If you ask for more toppings they sigh and eyeroll like its the end of the world. They are so incredibly rude that I will never go back there!

Barely any toppings even though I asked for more.

I was surprised how light and skinny my sub was.

Avoid this location,the owners here are too stingy, Also they were so cheap to add any napkins.

Congratulations to the owners, You have saved around 70 cents.
