Unfortunately, I had a poor experience tonight with the third-party service that handles their phone orders—the representative was rude and hung up on me. We initially decided to order elsewhere, but then the owner personally called to apologize and explained the situation. He was kind, patient, and sincere, so we went ahead with our order. This experience doesn't reflect on the restaurant itself—they remain our favorite Chinese takeaway in Woodstock. However, it may be time to reconsider the phone service provider.“
