We ordered the "dinner for 10" for our family of 8 adults on December 27th. The food was ready at the requested "pick-up" time, very well prepared, piping hot and delicious!! Our family all enjoyed our feast and there was plenty for "left-over" meals for 2-3 days. Highly recommend!!

Boyfriend and I stopped there Monday May 20th about 230pm - I wasn't very hungry as was dealing with a stressful family situation - my boyfriend had combo 5 with chicken wings - that evening he started to feel really sick - he has been sick ever since (5 days so far) - he had to go to doctor as soo sick and confirmed food poisoning - if I could give 0 stars I would - eat at own risk!! I am thankful I only ate a couple bites of rice, it wasn't tasty at all but so thankful I didn't have an appetite!!
Not Chinese, very limited selection
Absolutely the worse pad Thai I have ever eaten, bland no flavour. Thank goodness I had some pad Thai sauce at home to put on it. It’s just noodles, chicken, bean sprouts and no sauce. Very

Even after an altercation between curry chicken and half an order of chicken balls, I strongly believe Thames Garden should be successful! The food is great. It's better than the other two similar food style locations in Ingersoll.Thames Garden food is superior.. BUT, they are lacking and I blame that on the pandemic. The pandemic has unfortunately hurt these guys. That being said a strong overhaul and I completely believe Thames Garden would rise above the rest! I did have an issue with today's order but I was met with respect, kindness and understanding.Changes should be made, including to the restaurant itself. The way it set up could turn off people, it needs to be more welcoming.I am a long time resident and supporter of Thames Garden.. above all the food is delicious! They could use a helping hand in other areas, I strongly believe they could be extremely successful

Wow, this place is great! Food tastes wonderful, 10 out of 10 recommend. The delivery was pretty fast, very reasonable pricing as well. I will definitely be a return customer.

Worst food I've eaten in a long time! Shrimp fried rice had only FIVE salad sized shrimp in the whole dish, and absolutely no vegetables, and the rice was burnt and dry. Lo Mein was swimming in oily water. I could go on.

Best Chinese food we’ve had in some time, won’t bother buying from anywhere else going forward. Was delivered in less than half an hour, food was hot and very tasty. Thanks!
Gone from 18/10 to “wish for 0 stars”. Since opening day, portions always huge, hot, fresh, and fast!! Owners asked and remembered your name next time. Last night’s dinner-for-1: a little plastic container, a soya packet and fortune cookie, nestled under egg roll/spring roll bag..no plum sauce? So, dip in chicken balls? No, almost dry, squashed between rice and little portion of basically just overcooked bean sprouts. I call asking if they have plum sauce, floored at the “no-tomorrow. I said they should mention that before taking spring roll orders, and ask to replace them tomorrow. Not open to that, he says he has something “like” plum sauce. Now Miffy having to leave my dinner, I lie and say “fine” and make the frigid 4 block walk to meet the closed sign… Today bringing the entire meal back, He says he’ll only replace the rolls. I said “replace whatever, i’ll be back in 10 minutes“ And wait outside with the dog. When I go back in, I didn’t make anything and the woman proceeds to argue with me saying she gave me Plum sauce. I’m sharing her I have better things to do then make up the stories like this, I asked what she was gonna do. She then proceeds to pick out the spring and egg roll with her fingers, Pointing on the bites I taken out of them and refusing to replace the dinner because I started eating that too. She then asked me if I wanted it back.. ill try to attach a picture of the “eaten” meal I wanted replaced. I will never be hungry enough to eat the rolls she stuck her fingers around in , nor the sad remainder of the meal. Not that I’d have returned even if she had replace the meal, but I wouldn’t have wasted another minute I on them, or writing a review over missing plum sauce. PS he also told me it’s gonna be $13 and change over the phone when I got there he charged me $18 and change even though I mentioned it. He said that was before tax, but receipt says )13.99 including tax. Shame in them, all around.
