Very friendly staff they work very hard the store was not very clean in the seating area only so much the staff can do they need a regular cleaner to help with this

I am a regular customer and i get drinks for myself and my co worker. He orders iced drinks with less ice and this is what they hand us over, What a joke. I have worked at Timmies before as a supervisor and am now working as a Assistant Manager but never in my 3 years I have ever handed a drink out like this, I get it people ordering with less ice makes it annoying but this is just pity and awful for the team members to be handing them out like this. I don’t know if they are asked by there manager/owner to do this but this is not acceptable and not even in regards to the standard build.
I hope they watched there training videos, they are there for a reason lol.
I don’t really care about these things but this just pissed me off because I personally could never do this.
Btw i did ignore it a first few times when it happened but now it just pisses me off.

“Jayden” the manager at 945 pm on Wednesday December 10th should absolutely not be managing a store if he can’t even manage making a tea. After repetitive mess ups at this location, (all fixed) I asked for a triple triple with three sugars and three creams along with a four by four with four sugars four creams just to make sure my order was clear. Both peppermint teas. I received a tea that tasted like water, and asked the boy at the window to remake to which he handed it to somebody in the back. I am not exaggerating straight water. I got my boyfriend to try it too, every time. He handed it back to me and it tasted like it just had maybe a bit more sugar in it. Still rancid. After I asked again for it to be pored out and remade I received the same tea, with no changes in flavour. I have worked at Tim Hortons, I know the sneaky game that was played there. But the tea was just so bad, I asked once again as all I wanted was two correctly made teas- to which “Jayden” replied forcing me a refund and no teas. I don’t know why he had such a problem doing his job, but shame. I worked at Tim Hortons for three years, and was taught how to make basic drinks in my first week. Why wasn’t he? Awful teas. Don’t reccomend tea by Jayden

they are consistently out of everything. It does not matter when or what time of day you go, they will not have what you're looking for. I can go at noon or 6 pm and they never have the correct baked goods. It doesn't matter what you order either. I also know I'm not the only one who deals with this issue, better management is needed to keep on top of that.
