Ordered this, this morning, and the don’t have it. Called the store and they said they will look into it and have an answer when it’s ready later. Literally not done work until 5pm not happy.

Simple bagel toasted with butter... They obviously could not spread the cold butter so they attempted on half of the bagel, Did not touch the other side of the bagel, squeezed it together and sent it.... I guess we have to specify that we would like butter spread evenly across The toasted bagel surface?
*Sigh* so now i have a dry toasted bagel with a little bit of butter on 2/4 pieces and it cost me like $4

This is the best timmies I've been to in years. I drive past 2 other timmies so I can get my coffee here before work. Always consistently good coffee.. fast drive through, very friendly and funny staff. This is what Timmies should be. Hard to find consistency these days. INGORSOLL TIMMIES IS THE BEST!

A typical Tim Hortons. Went there to meet a friend. Overall, it was pretty much what you would expect from a Tim Hortons. The only complaint is there was only one person on the inside till. There were many people lined up behind me. Slow service.

The bowl of rice we ordered was stolen 3/4 of the food. We ordered and dined in Tim Hortons. As we opened the rice we ordered and ate 4 bites and no more. We checked the picture online. But it was different from the picture...

Today, I ordered my usual one chocolate chunck cookie and creamy chill drink
The cookie was way smaller than usual, and the drink without chocolate syrup and look really white, so I asked to add syrup in it, The lady at the window was very polite taking my note but the one came from the inside with an attitude asking what's going on, then took my drink to fix it and she came back saying I should asked for extra syrup and pay for it next time,
Long story short, I had to walk to the store to talk to her and ask to get a cream on my drink since she blended it with no attention to what I paid for.
She should prepared another drink with proper ingredients as Tims normally do it at ever other store.
I just hope we have more happy employees with nicer attitude smiling to us when we order, and that makes everyone happy

food is just okay not great. Donuts and tim bits taste stale. Coffee is too watery, McDonald’s way better. They never get bagels right, it’s always either burnt or not toasted at all. Service is usually pretty quick even when they are busy, but there has been times when they were slow. prices are high for the position size you get. Small dine in area and limited parking in the plaza.
Never have donuts that you ask for and the donuts we got were stale and hard very disappointed

Went in today with a complaint from morning and it was very very busy but the guy who was at the window, was really nice and speedy. I got my complaint sorted out quickly and he served with a smile. Thanks for the great service :)

Horrible wait time. Got a toasted 4cheese bagel with butter. Got home out of town only to open it and was so BURNT it was Black!!. What a waste of time and money!
