Really bad service. Waited almost 10 minutes for a single croissant. They gave my order to someone else and I had to wait even longer because of that delay. Extremely understaffed and would not recommend going too if you’re in a rush. Not ideal for an ON route since they are usually short stops for washroom or food. Don’t recommend.

I requested 2 medium lemonades with 3/4th sparkling water. The old lady did take my order and told me that they’ll make it. They did not make any notes on the screen but agreed that they’ll make it with sparkling water.

After long wait they made us regular which we never accepted (asked the server how it was made - didn’t even touch the glasses). I did asked twice the manager as well if they can fix the drink for us. She clearly said no we cannot and never gave me the refund. We did not take the drinks and neither got our money back.

Very disappointed!!

Subject: Feedback on Customer Service Experience

Dear Tim Hortons Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I’d like to share a recent experience at your locations that left me disappointed. I brought in a herb pastry that I had purchased earlier from another Tim Hortons location. Since it had become slightly cold, I politely asked the staff if they could warm it up just a little. I even showed them the item to clarify what it was.

Unfortunately, I was told that they could not heat it, and the response came off as dismissive and lacking courtesy. While I understand if there are policies in place, a more polite and understanding approach would have been appreciated. There was no line up so it was not that hard for them 30 sec to heat up is not a big deal I believe but being a bad person in customer service is in your store.

I kindly suggest that staff revise training in customer service to ensure that all guests feel respected and valued.

This location is indeed very busy, but that isn't the fault of the staff. The cashier, Simarjeet, was still kind and patient with me in terms of taking my order. Despite the hectic conditions in the space, my food came out rather promptly.
