It's Friday night, and there are 3 workers making food and taking orders. Does that make any sense to anyone? This rating is not on the workers. This has to be on management. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. In fact, I am still waiting as I created my account and posted my first ever Google review. Do expect not "fast food" if you ever come here.

The worst Wendy’s I have ever visited, and Wendy’s is my fav fast food. Ordered two Son of Baconators. One looked the picture on the menu wall and was wonderful. The other was the worst burger I had ever seen in my life. The patty was black, 4cm x 4cm and 5 mm thick. Tried to return it and they said it met their standards and refused any return or substitute.

Good place, but wish it was 24 hrs as it's on the busiest highway in Canada. Late night food is hard to find down the 401 unless you want to eat Sandwiches at Tim Hortons. Burger joints in OnEoutes should all be open 24hrs in my opinion. If the USA can do it why can't Canada?
I’m not one to write reviews but this is very important to say.it took a long time to get my food but I can’t blame the workers because there was only 3 of them at noon on a Sunday.That has to be a problem with management possibly the worse I’ve ever seen I feel for the workers because they were working so hard I can’t believe this. When I came here around the end of July there were lots of people working fast and efficiently. It’s definitely sad to see that management is doing so poorly with their job resulting in poor service

35 minute wait for salad, chicken fingers, 3 burgers. Missed one of the drinks and all of the fries......and there were only two orders ahead of us. Everyone was delayed travel and frustrated!!!

Awful. So slow! A sign says there is a $4 Dave’s single but you have to ASK for it or have a coupon. We were overcharged. Customers ahead of me got their food before I did. We were not given a receipt and the receipt used to keep track of our order was thrown out. We waited 40 minutes for 2 singles. Food was being thrown out in front of us before we got our order filled. Absolutely terrible and slow. No one was moving fast behind the counter. At least 12 people waiting at all times. And their kiosk wasn’t working right but there was no Out of Order sign.
