Slow service is an understatement for this location for the last 3 years and counting.

I did my annual Wendy’s onroute order. Today was a new record for this location and I’m the idiot for thinking anything would have changed since the last time I attended a year ago.

Paid for my order and got my receipt at 1:37pm Friday July 11th. 2:15pm finally received food. Wasn’t my food unfortunately, but I didn’t find that out til I was driving away. My fault for not checking at the counter I guess, you’d think 38 minutes would be enough to get the order close to correct. They had taken my order off the screen 10 minutes previous.

The foil wrappers were written on with small modifications (no onions extra pickles). What came were 2 stock #4’s. Ok, I’ll take it. I’m not picky at this point. First bite of both… cold. Cooked at some point but room temp to touch, fries? Cold AND Burnt… awesome.
No medium drinks, so was given smalls.

It appeared there were 4 or 5 staff working, obviously understaffed. Maybe stop taking orders if you can’t keep it under 10-15 minutes for simple orders. People were getting refunds fairly consistently, saw 2 people walk out with out getting refunds as they couldn’t wait for someone to come to the counter to do the refund.

I would have been better off getting on the highway, turning around and driving to Woodstock Wendy’s at 59, ordering and jumping back on the highway. And still would have been 20 minutes faster than the service that was at the enroute.

My food and drink was ready, but they just keep on taking new order, rather than giving me food order.

I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru, with only 2 cars infront of me. They also gave me a baconator with only 1 patty. Somehow got charged $40 for two sandwiches, 2 large fries and a kids meal. Stop somewhere else

Very terrible. Under staffed on a long weekend. 40 mins to receive one combo. Staff don’t clear the number board. They’re so confused. 10 people are demanding their money back and the cashier is struggling to make any returns to them. 20 people are angry and waiting. Very unsatisfied. Getting multiple orders wrong. This is crazy

Your average enroute along hwy. Lots of washrooms which were clean.

Typical road stop Wendy's. Steady customers. Service was a bit slow but was fresh and accurate.

Workers standing around chatting and showing each other videos doing absolutely nothing. Took over 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and I was literally the only order. Worst location I've been to by far. Will be complaining to corporate about this, that's how bad it was.

It's Friday night, and there are 3 workers making food and taking orders. Does that make any sense to anyone? This rating is not on the workers. This has to be on management. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. In fact, I am still waiting as I created my account and posted my first ever Google review. Do expect not "fast food" if you ever come here.

Understaffed. Be prepared to wait more than 25 minutes for your food. It will come out cold too.

The worst Wendy’s I have ever visited, and Wendy’s is my fav fast food. Ordered two Son of Baconators. One looked the picture on the menu wall and was wonderful. The other was the worst burger I had ever seen in my life. The patty was black, 4cm x 4cm and 5 mm thick. Tried to return it and they said it met their standards and refused any return or substitute.

Good place, but wish it was 24 hrs as it's on the busiest highway in Canada. Late night food is hard to find down the 401 unless you want to eat Sandwiches at Tim Hortons. Burger joints in OnEoutes should all be open 24hrs in my opinion. If the USA can do it why can't Canada?

Wheelchair accessibility: It's generally good.

OK Wendy's but don't expect to collect app rewards or use your Wendy's Offers/Rewards here. No baked potatoes are available here as well.
