The absolute worst Wendy's meal I have ever had. Fries were cold. I could not even call them Luke warm. I ordered a Single. The bun was twice the size of the burger patty. Husbands food was not any better. We waited almost 10 minutes to receive our meal. Based on temperature it was sitting on a counter somewhere forgotten.

I’ve stopped at this OnRoute Wendy’s a few times, and this will be my last.
Each visit, the food has been consistently disappointing, poor quality and not worth the money. I decided to give it another chance, but nothing has improved. Save your time and your money, skip this location.

10/10 best chicken tenders in town. Wasn’t a hard process to order or a long wait time. Got excited to eat my food then realized that I may be biting off more than I can chew.

Extremely slow service. Forgot chicken to a chicken salad. Wasted 40 minutes waiting for terrible and cold fries and below average burgers. The guy making the fries had no gloves on or a hairnet. They had the order receipts spread out on the counter and made each order one by one taking 10 minutes for each one and still messed up the order. Terrible experience do not come here go to the Tim Horton instead for your sanity. Parking sucks too almost hit a curb

This drive-thru is so painfully slow, the cars idling in line are now responsible for 3% of Canada’s total carbon emissions. I watched a squirrel age in real time while waiting for my burger.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. was here 6 or so months ago and it was the same issue. Assumed it was a one off situation, but it is the exact same. HIRE MORE STAFF. Waiting 40+ minutes at 2pm on a Sunday is insane.

Ordered myself at the kiosk.
Waited about 10 mins for my order with one person in front of me.
Staff was not overly friendly but just doing their job.
No pop in the pop machine except sprit and mellow yellow.
Food was over cooked and hard.

Slow service is an understatement for this location for the last 3 years and counting.

I did my annual Wendy’s onroute order. Today was a new record for this location and I’m the idiot for thinking anything would have changed since the last time I attended a year ago.

Paid for my order and got my receipt at 1:37pm Friday July 11th. 2:15pm finally received food. Wasn’t my food unfortunately, but I didn’t find that out til I was driving away. My fault for not checking at the counter I guess, you’d think 38 minutes would be enough to get the order close to correct. They had taken my order off the screen 10 minutes previous.

The foil wrappers were written on with small modifications (no onions extra pickles). What came were 2 stock #4’s. Ok, I’ll take it. I’m not picky at this point. First bite of both… cold. Cooked at some point but room temp to touch, fries? Cold AND Burnt… awesome.
No medium drinks, so was given smalls.

It appeared there were 4 or 5 staff working, obviously understaffed. Maybe stop taking orders if you can’t keep it under 10-15 minutes for simple orders. People were getting refunds fairly consistently, saw 2 people walk out with out getting refunds as they couldn’t wait for someone to come to the counter to do the refund.

I would have been better off getting on the highway, turning around and driving to Woodstock Wendy’s at 59, ordering and jumping back on the highway. And still would have been 20 minutes faster than the service that was at the enroute.
