These are THE BEST TARTS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! I do not know these people so this is completely unbiased. We went in to buy a birthday cake for a special birthday and because of the reviews I decided to buy some pastries. OMG you can't believe how good they are!!! I went back and bought more! I have made loads of pastry in my time and NONE compare to these. YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM!! Honestly they are worth a one hour drive or more!! So delish and so many flavours!! When we shared them with our guests we cut them in half so we could try all the different flavours. All we could hear around the table were murmurs of pure satisfaction!!! Everyone had a different favorite! Such a great idea for a special dessert! I could go on and on! You just have to try them to believe it. Pure heaven! Oh yeah, I only remembered at the very end to take a photo. This is all that's left and they won't last long!!

Delicious butter tarts. Tried the pistachio cream, beautiful flakey crust, and I have no idea how they managed to balance the flavor combo of the filling like that with the classic syrup and the pistachio cream, but it was amazing. One of the festival highlights for sure!!!! Excellent small business

Absolutely unbelievable! Bought a stick of bread and as I was trying to eat it, it was though I was eating plaster. Evey bite i took was dehydrating my mouth like I was eating plaster. I've eaten bread everywhere and I have Never had such weird tasting 🙃 bread in my life. This place is Terrible. My friend bought a cheese bun and there was mold on it. Sad because I wanted to like this place because its local but Good Lord No. Save yourself a trip. All these bad reviews are true.

I have not eaten at this cafe, but have bought bread at a farmer’s market. It was certainly not fresh and I felt angry with every slice. $10.00 wasted!

We stopped in while passing by to try out their buttertarts. They did not disappoint. They are definitely one of the best we had. We liked their basic ones as well as their gourmet ones. The person behind the counter was also very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely recommend if in the area or even just looking for a road trip to sample some goodies.

We bought some of the cabbage rolls at the Stroud farmers market and honestly they are absolutely the best cabbage rolls we have ever had! The selection of meals and desserts is beyond fabulous! Can't wait to shop with them again very soon!!!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the butter tarts from Bruno's Bakery at Do West Fest in Toronto. The ABSOLUTE BEST butter tarts ever! They quite literally melt in your mouth. The skor flavour is my favourite. I may need to take a trip to Innisfil, or have them open a location in the GTA.

Honestly normally I love this place but lately it's been severely lacking. Went in today for my usual, they were all out and that's fine, tried something new but every single person there was actively not listening to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself more times than I can count, I was passed off to 3 different people durring my order. The staff was more Interested in serving the other people comming in than finishing my order. All to find out when I got home, they got my order wrong on the items THEY asked what I want. And the cakes i got were hard and dried out, not very fresh.Honestly very disappointed. Very poor customer service. Might be time to try gabagool instead...

We were appalled to find mould in our apple turnovers on the day we purchased them.

Ordered 2 pieces of meat lasagna and Portuguese tarts
Tarts a little tough , filling was good
But the meat lasagna sure was not made by an Italian
No meat, no cheese, sauce no taste, tasted like watered down tomatoes

Thought this was an Italian Bakery, I do not think so

I paid $ 35.00 did not mind price for bakery quality but certainly not what I got
I was there last year and not very pleased but did not give review
But had too this time

Visited Bruno’s Bakery and Cafe for the first time. The place was bright, clean and organized. They were very friendly and helpful, and the service was quick.

I ordered the Chocolate Cupcake and the Strawberry Shortcake Cupcake (3.5/5).
The cupcakes were light and fluffy. They were beautifully decorated and were not too sweet. I liked how they used dark chocolate as well for the chocolate cupcake. The strawberry shortcake had a strawberry jam filling which was a delightful surprise. I do wish that they were a bit more moist. The butter cream frosting was smooth and creamy with a silky texture. It wasn’t overly sweet either which I enjoyed.

Overall, a nice bakery that has a variety of selection from cakes to breads to deli.
