Good afternoon,

On December 27th we were heading south from Barrie and decided to visit the On Route south of Barrie.

We thought Burger King looked good, so we ordered through the kiosk.

When it was our turn to pick up our food the guy at the front had to shout out the order numbers as the big screen somehow stopped working. HE also seemed bored and didn't seem to care.

When we received our order, what a disappointment.

The Whopper was one thin patty with about half an inch of salad on top.
The onion rings were certainly not fried as they were limp and soggy and not edible. I bet they were received frozen and microwaved (we didn’t finish them).

The drink dispenser did not have regular Diet Coke and I had to select another flavor. When I tried to drink it, it was mostly carbonated water without much real coke taste to speak of (again. I did not drink much of it). My wife’s chicken had almost no toppings and was like cardboard.

I have few questions:
Where is your product quality ?
Where is your staff control (there were several staff hanging around the front counter doing nothing).

This cost us $ 30.59. Biggest waste of money. I want a refund.

I know I am only one compliant and your advertising looks great, but give the number of customers in line no company is too big to fail.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever had.
The onion rings were soggy, the soda machine was dispensing sparkling water instead of Coca-Cola, and the burger tasted strangely bitter and left a petroleum-like smell on my hand. I’m honestly surprised a fast-food place can be this bad lol.

Doesn’t care about customer. Waiting for mozzarella snack box almost 30 minutes just a waste of time. Only 2 staff members very slow. Nobody at the front even.

On a busy thanksgiving Monday afternoon just about dinner time. The crew was working hard to ensure orders were being served fast. The manager (man in a grey shirt) was right there helping the team keep up with the flow. He was pleasant and even though extremely busy, kept his cool and was personable and friendly. Very impressed with this location. I believe under great management is the key to their ability to provide a great overall customer experience.

Absolute worst customer services ever. Had an order mix up so went back to buy another meal and instead of letting me buy another meal the lady just yelled at me. Didn't even blame them for the mix up as I might have said the wrong thing so not sure why the drama. Ended up having to call for someone else to come serve me as she had me pay then purposely gave me the wrong thing and refused to give me what I ordered so unless you want to be yelled at for nothing then don't go here. The food wasn't even good compared to other burger kings

Stopped in to get a burger but waited 45 minutes. The staff were completely disorganized and weren’t filling the orders in chronological order. It honestly would’ve taken less time to drive home and make my own food. Staff need training especially considering how busy it gets on a weekend in the summer.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King location. I waited over 40 minutes to get my order. On top of that, the food didn’t taste fresh or enjoyable, it just wasn’t worth the wait. Really hoping they will improve both their service speed and food quality.

Waited at least 45 minutes for order, along with a lot of others. We were just about to ask for a refund (to go elsewhere), when they offered to get our order. Poorly organized & poor layout for handling large volumes of orders. Fries weren't cooked long enough & didn't taste good. They didn't give us a fork for the messy poutine, so we couldn't even eat it (in the car, because we had to get back on the road). Burgers were decent, the plain wasn't clearly marked. The experience has put me off BK going forward.

Horrible customer service, there staff doesn't have any customer service. They would rather disappear to the back and not take orders. Try to replace the chicken with a spicy one because they don't want to actually make the food fresh.

They messed up my order. Onion rings instead of fries. Wrong dipping sauce and no toys. They did easily replace their wrong doings without fuss. You have to grab the chocolate milk and juice from the fridge so double check your drinks.
