Amazing Quality of variations of fresh cold pressed juice. Food is excellent prepared with high quality fresh vegetables accompanied by dressings. All dishes highly recommend. Plus they have crystals, jewellery and so much more to offer and you will be so please with the great customer service everyone provides, including the owner Sandra with her own personal touch.

We came late to Friday harbor and kids were hungry . They checked the doors and it was closed and we wanted to go and find other place but lady just came and told us she is the owner and can open it for us . We are so grateful for that.Everything we ordered was delicious. Great variety of healthy smoothies, sourdough bread , nut batter.Thank you so much for opening your doors and preparing all the orders . We will come back !

This place is great! We had the avocado toast, nut butter toast and Dragonfruit bowl...all were incredibly delicious and so full of flavour! The owner was super friendly as well!

Had a coffee with oat milk, new to me and it was good. Along with s chocolate seed cookie, soft and chewy and no sugar! Good for you is actually yummy.Sat in t chair by the water to relax and chat with fellow business owner. The perfect atmostphere for a meeting.Left with a bottle of lemon, carbon, ginger juice. Really happy with that purchase.I will be back.

This is the best juice bar ever !!! I go once a week at least, the juices are amazing, clearBeing and calm are my faves, and the avocado toast is an absolute must!!! The girls are so sweet and friendly and everything is always so fresh and tasty!! Will be going back again and again, definitely hit up essence if you’re in the Innisfil area !!

Smoothie was great but. Young dark haired server was not polite or friendly at all.Attempted to order twice first time They were out of stock on salad before 1pm and later in the day she said she “couldn’t make any sandwiches” at 4:40 as she turned the machine off, which was 20 mins before close.

Fabulous place for lunch. Staff is very helpful and the scenery is stunning. Definitely worth the 10 minute drive out of Barrie!

the concept, food and juices are great, but the staff here is very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I have gone here multiple times and its always the same experience. Enough to go somewhere else for my juice needs from this point on.

Amazing, delicious and truly simple....but so tasty...a friend suggested to try and I thought sure I am not in a mood to cook...beyond expectations, good price. In addition the service is very good and the place is very clean, happy to discover Essence, you have earned a loyal client, thank you !

A quaint and home feel, welcoming place. They offer some amazing plant based goodies and then some! Definitely worth checking out :)))
