We celebrated a special birthday at Friday Harbour, and it was a fantastic experience!

The meal was exceptional—we enjoyed grilled sourdough, Fishbone gem salad, PEI mussels, seared tuna, seafood linguine, charred octopus, grilled whole sea bream, and paella. Each dish was fresh, perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Our waiter also recommended the perfect bottle of wine and provided excellent service.

Amazing food experience at Fishbone. The ceviche is bursting with fresh citrus and balanced with a sweet potato mousse. I really enjoyed the oysters too. They were shucked beautifully retaining the brine. The flavour of the oysters was really impressive despite having had raspberry point before I was quite surprised at the quality here. For dessert, we enjoyed the olive oil cake which was so unique and well rounded. I would highly recommend Fishbone to anyone who enjoys finer...
