Melanie was our server and she made our visit fantastic. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. The wings where perfect.

I ordered a tuna salad from the restaurant counter within the casino, the server asked me if I wanted it on whole wheat, then turned & laughed to other staff that "everything is on it". It wasn't just bad, it was horrible, full of vinegar. I got home & realized someone had added douche vinegar... serious. I have a sore throat today, I hope I don't have an STD or even HIV in my throat now. There's no reason to ever trust them again & I see from other reviews I'm not alone with my bad, bad feeling about it. One star, undeserved because zero stars isn't available.

Thanks for the food poisoning. My wife had the Caesar salad without parmesan, I had it with, a choice I regretted a few hours later. Basic food refrigeration saves lives, people !

Besides the Parmesan cheese, I would avoid their Asian dishes, which are bland and inauthentic. It’s shame the food is so bad, because the serving staff are helpful and attentive. It’s not their fault the food is nearly inedible.

We both ordered the meatloaf - it came with one small piece of meatloaf with one lump of mashed potatoe on top with a bit of gravy half the plate was filled with broccoli (my husband hates brocoli) LOL. All for $18 ??? And the food is sub-par at best. The money they make on gambling they could offer reasonable priced meals - so that maybe people would actual just go there for the restaurant. Save your money and there to gamble (loss your money) but leave and go to a restaurant that service quality food for that price.

We were greeted by the manager and seat at a table. Our waitress took our order. She asked us what dressing we would like for our salads. She asked us how we would like our Prime Rib dinners. We both asked for medium well.It took awhile, our waitress returned with our Prime Rib dinners and no cutlery to eat it with. She went and got us cutlery. Then after a few more minutes she returned with our salads. I had mentioned the my dinner was not hot. She went to take my plate and my friend took the meat.The manager came over and I had told him about disappointment with the barely warm Prime Rib dinners and the poor waitress service. We were not offered compensation.I don't think we will return for the Prime Rib dinner.If we get the same waitress we will move to another table

We took a break for dinner and noticed that they had a two for one basically with a coupon we got at the players desk.. Gateway is finally getting it... and giving their patrons a bit of a perk... the roast was fine, no issues but my lady who is a chef had a few things to say... I just suggested to leave it alone.and enjoy, as it was not a keg steakhouse.. she understood... but the food was good just the same..

In there on Friday night between 9.45 and 10:00pm. Not busy in there. 4 servers standing around a customers table talking to the customer. While the one server is working and taking care of the table. She was our server and she is great. The manager/supervisor went up to the servers and didnt do nothing about the 4 standing there. Not very professional.

The daily special is well worth it. $11.99 for shrimp and steak, can't be beat comes with salad, dessert, and tea or coffee or soft drink
