Guac Mexi Grill

I had ordered food from here before, but today I came, the food was very bad and it was very dirty. I do not recommend this place at all. The guy who worked there didn't even wash his hands when he came out of the toilet.

Do not order from the girl with glasses that has Stevie Lee name tag. She gives tiny portions, when you speak out about it she would ignore the customers. We have been going to Guac for years and this is the first time we experienced poor customer service. Also why is this Guac location being so cheap?

I ordered the birria tacos as I saw they were a limited time edition to the menu and they forgot the consume. I got the corn tortillas and they completely fell apart. Flavours were okay but there are way better options out there.

If you’re ordering the birria tacos, make sure you check they put the consume in the bag.

i came in to get a chicken bowl as she was asking me “cheese lettuce tomato?” i responded yes lettuce and tomato, she then proceeds to put cheese on it. we get to the next set of toppings and i say just some cilantro lime sauce, she then puts a handful of cilantro on my bowl and when i said no the sauce she then just puts the sauce over the cilantro, i asked if she could fix it and she proceeds to pick out two pieces of cilantro and put a bunch of sauce over it. this was my first time trying and last.

I was there early in the day with my family and the owner of this store was in as well. As we were getting our food made the owner of the store was telling the worker that he had put too much food in my wife's burrito bowl. Hearing that coming from the owners mouth , right in front of me, felt insulting. Hearing this made me not want to come back, as I will feel like I'm just being scammed.

Toppings were good but the bowl was half empty, ordered a chicken bowl. Please at least fill bowl with a lot of lettuce.

The young man working the food/cash today at 5:50pm was extremely professional. Very courteous. He took his timer, prepared the food excellently. It's worth noting he's an awesome staff member and should be recognized.

Got the chicken burrito bowl. It was very good. Great service. The place is Mexican, called Guac. Why is there a 1.50 charge for a small scoop of guacamole?

I ordered through uber eats and the deal was buy 1 get 1…they did not honour this deal and the phone number to the business does not work. Very unhappy!!

I go here all the time, love their food. Max is the absolute best at making enchiladas (and anything really) - I literally look for him as soon as I walk in!
