Went in and saw a deal on the menu boards where you buy a gift card and got a burger free. I asked for the deal and they explained they never got the gift cards and will not be getting them. Frustrating that they are advertising something they don’t and will not have.

Many times in Harvey’s Innisfil, every time they put the order at the back of the counter, who ever put the food on the top counter, the person’s are not wearing gloves, that’s cross contamination, did you all know about that?

Intentionally and knowingly loaded my dogs' burgers with onions. Zero effort to take any accountability. Kid was probably stoned out of his tree. I'm absolutely disgusted with what happened and how it was handled.
