The food is good but the customer service is not the young lady taking the order had so much attitude so rude was so annoyed for absolutely no reason my mother was speaking to her so respectfully she asked one question and she almost rolled her eyes and answered with so much attitude it was crazy like why are you doing a job that’s in customer service if you can’t be at least decent or well mannered to the customers.

Standard Harvey’s. There was a long line (about 5 parties deep) at the order counter but I placed a mobile order. Got our order filled (Angus meal deal with poutine plus a jr burger) way ahead of those waiting in line.

I visited this restaurant for the first time And I was so impressed with their service. It was very welcoming and the crews were awesome. Very polite and smiling. Fresh food was delivered on time. Service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and today; a great atmosphere. I complimented the shift manager Christy for her excellent leadership. It has been a long time since I had great experience in a fast food restaurant. I wish Christy and her amazing team for more success in years to come.
