I visited this restaurant for the first time And I was so impressed with their service. It was very welcoming and the crews were awesome. Very polite and smiling. Fresh food was delivered on time. Service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and today; a great atmosphere. I complimented the shift manager Christy for her excellent leadership. It has been a long time since I had great experience in a fast food restaurant. I wish Christy and her amazing team for more success in years to come.

long drive through wait at 6:30. drink lid popped off when drink was handed to me and I needed to ask for napkins to clean up with. French fries were hot and crispy though

This Harveys is a disaster! Food smeared on the floor - a staff member attempted to cleanup ice cream with paper napkins - no mop in sight. Ice, ketchup, and napkin dispensers empty. Ketchup packet container on the counter was filthy! Ladies down to one toilet and no paper napkins. The staff are slow and seem not to care about service. The food was good but the rest was disturbing.
