We recently tried In Sushi and were pleasantly surprised at just how flavorful and wonderful every single dish was. The restaurant itself is quaint, cozy, and very welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Our server was on her A-game—friendly, attentive, and quick to deliver everything promptly. It truly felt like everything came together perfectly. I think this might just be our new favorite spot for sushi!

What can you expect from an AYCE sushi place. The food is not going to blow your mind, but it is decent. The only downside is the price. Service could also be better. Please serve what is written on the sheet of paper instead of skimping out and me having to ask for what I ordered on paper.

I recently had the opportunity to visit a sushi restaurant in Innisfil. While it offers a calm and casual dining experience, my overall impression is that it’s a convenient local option rather than a must-visit spot.
The atmosphere was pleasant clean, organized, and peaceful. The restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time of my visit, which contributed to a quiet and relaxed vibe. However, the low customer volume revealed an operational challenge: only one server was managing all the tables.
To her credit, the server was polite, attentive, and clearly doing her best. The customer service was commendable considering she was the only one on the floor. Still, it naturally took time to get her attention, as she was juggling multiple tasks. The waiting time wasn’t ideal, but it’s understandable and not really her fault, it points to a lack of staffing rather than a lack of effort.
The food was solid. The sushi was fresh, nicely presented, and offered at a fair price. It met expectations for this kind of establishment nothing particularly standout or inventive, but everything was enjoyable. It’s the kind of meal you’d expect from a mid-range sushi spot: reliable and satisfying, but without any remarkable or memorable highlights.
If you live in Innisfil or nearby, this place is a decent local choice, convenient, reasonably priced, and easygoing. However, if you’re thinking of driving from another city just to eat here, you might want to reconsider. There are more compelling and refined sushi experiences elsewhere if you’re looking for something special.
A good, functional local option with a calm ambiance, clean setting, and food that delivers on expectations. Service is friendly but limited by understaffing. Not a culinary destination, but a fair and comfortable choice if you’re nearby and want something casual.

First time ordering and it was fantastic! Very busy on a Wednesday night not surprised everything was really fresh. We ordered Rolls and Shrimp teriyaki also Shrimp fried rice. They certainly didn’t cheap out on the shrimp and portions. Definitely be back

Great FRESH TASTY sushi in Innisfil? Yes folks, it’s true! Fresh affordable Sushi is available at In Sushi. (I’ve never used the word “in” so many times in a review LOL) Highly recommended. Keep up the Awesome work and please don’t ever change! :)
Do Not Eat in here. They are more preoccupied with the take out orders and ignore everyone sitting down at the tables.
I sat down with our group and the server didn’t come over for 10 mins. When she did come over she handed us the drink menu, and before we could get our drink orders out the phone rang and she walked away to take their order. Then she served the person who walked in to request a take out order, then she went to the kitchen to pick up another take out order.
Honestly haven’t had such rude service where they walk away in the middle of serving you and then don’t come back.
We walked out and won’t be going back.
