The sushi here is actually pretty good, and I’ve enjoyed the quality of the food in the past. However, the customer service—especially over the phone—really takes away from the experience. Whenever I call to place an order, the staff speak extremely fast and often cut me off mid-sentence. It comes across as rushed and dismissive, and it honestly makes me not want to order from here anymore.
A little patience and courtesy would go a long way. I hope they can improve this, because the food deserves better service to match.

We had our dinner delivered the other night. This was not the first time we had food from here but it's been a while. My wife and I both had the chicken teriyaki bento combo and both of us were quite happy with our meal. The portions were great and the quality of the food was very good. For just over $20 each, we felt we got a lot of value. We will definitely be increasing the number of times we order from here.

The food is okay, the menu is small but everything was fresh and clean. It got really busy and I believe there was one waitress on the floor and customers kept calling out for her. The ordering here is on a paper and pencil.

We recently tried In Sushi and were pleasantly surprised at just how flavorful and wonderful every single dish was. The restaurant itself is quaint, cozy, and very welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Our server was on her A-game—friendly, attentive, and quick to deliver everything promptly. It truly felt like everything came together perfectly. I think this might just be our new favorite spot for sushi!

What can you expect from an AYCE sushi place. The food is not going to blow your mind, but it is decent. The only downside is the price. Service could also be better. Please serve what is written on the sheet of paper instead of skimping out and me having to ask for what I ordered on paper.
