Had a Greek salad with chicken it was probably one of the best salads I’ve had in my life it was big and delicious! Always so good there … you should try there master banquet burger… if your a big eater get the double master banquet burger and you’ll 100% be full afterwards. This is a family owned restaurant and it is sooo good they have been in business ever since I’ve lived in cookstown I love supporting ma and pop shops as oppose to corporations. So much love in the food at master burger ! And it shows by how good the food is!
We stopped in based on the high reviews this restaurant has received from other costumers … and were not disappointed. The burgers & fries were fast, fresh off the grill, and very tasty! The staff was also extremely friendly. Five stars for old school vibes and great food.

Great little find on the way home from Innisfil! Hubby and son had the Master Banquet Burger and I enjoyed the Banquet Burger. They liked the cheese and bacon! We enjoyed the fresh off the grill taste! The fries were so good too! We will be back and highly recommend for a good meal! Next time we’ll try the souvlaki and the halibut!

This is a gem of a diner. Not only is the food great, but the people are fantastic! This is one of those rare old-school diners where you feel like family even if it's the first time you've walked through the door. I highly recommend making this a stop in your highway 27 travels!

A small operation with lots of heart. My family found this little spot by accident but am I ever glad we did. The flavor on their grill is unmatched and it brought me back to the flavours of my childhood. The smoky taste of their patties reminded me of an old Scarborough joint called Dutchfrites at Alton Towers Circle. It was like going back in time eating the upgraded Banquet burger. They are worth an hour's drive in my opinion. Keep up the great work chef.
My son and I were enjoying a great motorcycle ride today when he got hungry! We rode right by this hidden gem. As he was filling up his bike he noticed we rode past it. We turned around and went in. The food was amazing, they treat you like family and I would rate this place higher if it was possible!!! I just had dinner but I’m craving a burger. Too bad we don’t live anywhere near there.
The burgers are real not some frozen patties, the onion rings looked amazing and my fries actually tasted like fries not frozen cardboard. I can’t rave enough about this place.
I will have to take another ride hopefully if not I’m driving to get there, it’s worth the trip from Toronto.
