“Visited for the 1st time on Saturday! They had a live band which had me dancing! We ordered fish tacos and enmoladas for our main course which were absolutely delicious and came out really quick even with the 3 large parties they had. All the staff and our server were super friendly as well 😊 I tried 3 different cocktails which were all made perfectly and we stayed for dessert which we don’t normally have but the atmosphere was excellent and we were having a great time! Would highly recommend for a date night and will definitely be back soon!“

“My favourite burrito place in town. The owner has a fine attention to detail and remembers everybody that comes in multiple times, which is not common. Food is always excellent, atmosphere is nice. I like the chile lime fish the best!“

“I had a brunch at barBURRITO yesterday and it was amazing. The burrito was very tasty! The flavors were on spot, and the meat was perfectly seasoned. The mix of beans, rice, and fresh toppings was just right. I loved the addition of salsa and guacamole, they really took it to the next level. The portions were generous as well and satisfying.
This place is a must-visit. I'll definitely come back and try their other meals!“

“We stop here regularly on our way up north from Etobicoke to Muskoka. Staff are always friendly and the food is decent; tasty, filling and always fresh. On our most recent visit the staff were exceptionally good with our kids (3x kid’s quesadillas ordered) preparing them first and serving with care. We enjoyed our burritos too. Small and Regular were fine for us, didn’t need the Mucho size. We will be back“

“I went to bar burrito on the north end of Barrie on Cundles during the ice storm on Mar 31st evening as, we had no food in the house or power. The staff working this shift were incredible. They were so busy but still managed to be efficient, friendly and took care of each customer with care and respect. Way to go to the staff working on that busy day, as my burrito was also amazing!!“

“This Fat Bastard Burrito is the Beyoncé of burrito joints. Whenever we’re in Barrie, we make a pilgrimage here like it’s a holy site wrapped in foil. Sure, there are locations closer to home, but those ones have betrayed us—either by skimping on toppings, drowning us in sauce like we wronged them personally, or in one case, serving us a surprise side of plastic glove in our burrito.
But this location? Flawless. The toppings are generous, the sauce ratio is perfect, and the burritos themselves radiate an energy that could heal broken bones and, in my case, a broken marriage. I’m proud to say this Fat Bastard didn’t just feed me—it HEALED me. In fact, my firstborn child will bear its name. Little Baby Fat Bastard, you’re destined for greatness.“
